The worst i would say. They say contact CS. Then CS says to go to the store. Just to apply a student deal for me. This went nowhere and now im changing carriers cause of this bullcrap.

Just 2 customers in store and Waited for a long time almost 20 min no customer service at all.no one even come to tell me wat are you looking for or how much time it will take.worst service of employees.

It was great. The attendant did great. Honestly the service was good, everything was broken down well to make very understandable to avoid regret due to miscommunication

Very Friendly staff. Adarshpreet helped me and made me feel better as the other location made me so upset. I wanted to add a line and somehow they weren’t able to. She being very patient and polite did everything so well. She also helped me with my wifi.

This store has terrible Sales Reps. They know nothing about phones. Cell Plans and are not truthful in their information to the customers.
The Booth in the mall will give you service and help you always.dont do business here.

I would like to commend Moses on his high level of customer service and his professionalism along with his willingness to help others. I was in the St Vital location twice this week and dealt with Moses on both occasions. He was eager to help me with my new phone and transferred over the information successfully. When I got home I realized I wanted to upgrade the phone, I tried to transfer the info myself but was having problems so I went back to Bell to have it done properly and dealt with Moses again. Moses finally got everything transferred and even let me know about ordering a new screen saver online as the one I bought 2 days earlier was not sticking properly. I was very impressed with his dedication and his willingness to help me until the problem was resolved.you are lucky to have Moses as one of your employees

I was trying to cancel a Bell mobility account which was never activated. I met Moses at the St. Vital store and he listened to me, and worked very diligently to help rectify the situation. I am not a Bell customer and yet, he helped to bring the situation to a positive conclusion. When I am ready to switch to BellMTS, I will be back and will work with Moses. Thank you Moses!

I went to this location when it was time to upgrade to a new phone and was very happy with the customer service! Austin helped me out and was able to answer all my questions and transfer all the content from my old android phone. Definitely would recommend!

In my experience here at the St Vital location, I noticed most of the staff was frustrated- the atmosphere stressed- and customers didn’t seem happy. I was given extremely disappointing service at this location

Only those who have arrived in Canada are required to have a SIN number, which is strictly prohibited. Be careful not to give out your SIN number.

Terrible memory. Even the sales representative and customer service don’t know they assign worker to my place to install home wifi, there are 2 technicians coming my place in a day. First one tell me he couldn’t work without building manager s key. So he left, but second technician called me and tell me he must come here because without coming my home he cannot complete mission. His supervisor request him to come my home doesn’t matter can successfully install or not. However I texted sales representative she told me she doesn’t know him. She arrange next day to do installation. But he already inside my place and doing installation, I feel scared. Even customer service can not tell me where is that guy from even she doesn’t precisely answer the second one working time and finish time. I feel scared I will can cancel the service

Waited 25mins with 2 very patient children only to find out that the tablet in the display is not available, out of stock. Than take it off the display. The flamboyant boy working the kiosk is extremely unprofessional

After 6+ hours on hold with all the different bell lines I went to the store in St Vital, Caroline was awesome! She was patient and actually figured out the issue and talked to all the tech people needed. She gets 5 stars. First person at bell who was actually competent! Bell customer service and sales team via phone, 1 star if that.

I went to their kiosk for a new phone and was helped out by Austin. He was extremely friendly, and helpful with everything I needed. I love my new Iphone. Make sure to ask for Austin if you’re in need of a new phone!

Problem making/receiving calls on my cell. Suggestion that I change the SIM card on my phone. Had to contact Bell Mobility Customer Service to order a SIM card.

Waited outside the line for 25 minutes before I was even acknowledged just to be told the item I was returning had to be done by mail. Not enough staff on at any time.

Dealt with quite possibly the worst tech i have ever encountered with at this store. Tried to transfer over my account from lucky to mts.had the agreement in place to transfer over for the set amount, he comes back and says that in the fine print i have to buy a phone, nowhere in the agreement when i get home does it say that in the fine print.meanwhile he has done a credit check and in doing this has blown out my phone number i have had for over a year. Absolutely brutal. I would not deal with this corporate store.time to move to another provider.

Bought a Lg Galaxy Velvet. Color is sunset.
Cost is 50 plus 15 per month. After 2 yrs, pay 50 only.
Warranty is overpriced. Passed on paying the 13. Per month.
Received 150 in free product - Black Friday promo week.
