I was at this location to set up a router for my new place. Torian was very helpful in setting things up for me. I ended up having to re-schedule and that's where I found it challenging. I was sent to voice-mail and it was only the second time calling that someone picked up. They had promised to pass on my message of having Torian call me back but it never happened. I ended up calling on the bellmts support chat and it took forever to just get my re-scheduling done. Eventually I was able to be re-directed to the right people but it just took way longer than necessary. I would hope that the other employees would be able to be competent in communicating information especially when it comes to re-scheduling things.

Robert and Diana were a great help, didn't upsell me and answered all of my questions

Went to buy a new phone at the kp location and Ryan was able to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had the phone I wanted with all the accessories that I needed. I was very impressed with the great customer service and knowledge that Ryan has and will continue to be a bell customer.

My GF been with bell for some time just got off contract went to this location too see if we could get a cheaper plan with less data got such bad service. The fellow we had couldt even been bother to look up her account to see what options are available I told him can you please look up the account he refused. So we left and walked over to fido got a better rate plan. Then bell and got better service too. The fellow at bell kept pushing only the max plan and would not give us other options. Bell has gotten so big they forget what customer service is. The store was not busy ether was slow they where just on the phones board anyways. I will never in my life go back to bell

Staff by the name of Chennel at the kildonan place Bell Mts was very helpful. Because of system limitations our request couldn’t be completed in the store. She called the service line on our behalf for the completion. Good experience.

Bik was very helpful polite and informative knew his stuff and couldn't of asked for better service.

I was in and out of the store within a total of 15 minutes, Arsh was very polite and professional, & explained everything thoroughly. The overall visit and the purchase was quick, easy, and low stress.

Stopped by Bell/MTS at KP on Dec. 06th. I was greeted by associate Shanelle. I was looking to purchase a new phone. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. Helped me keep all of my services on one monthly bill. She made everything very convenient. Great customer service and a happy customer. Thanks again.

Don't buy phone cases from here evvver. They charge you $30-$40 for the cheapest $2 case ever made that will break in not even a month. Stick to Amazon they have better selection, and maybe even one that comes with a kick stand o:

There service after the sale does not exist. So disappointing. Have left messages for a manager to call me but does not happen. Would not recommend dealing with kildonan bell mobility.

My 85 yr old father went to your store this past Friday with his old MTS phone, & all he wanted to do was activate it & purchase some time. The rude woman that was “ assisting “ my Dad, told him he didn’t know what he was doing… wrote some phone numbers down on a yellow note pad & told him to call some number & ask to activate his phone…and gave him some number that is supposed to be his new phone number. She then charged him $30 for one month of service & gave him a deal on activation… only charged him$ 25 rather than $ 50, and sent him on his way with an unactivated phone? Why didn’t SHE ACTIVATE IT? So I tried calling the number she provided…. & of course they are closed for the weekend.
If I ever provided that kind of service at my place of business…. I would have been shown the door. I guess we’ll have to try to talk to Gilles…. Seems to be the guy that will actually help a customer out. Really disappointed.

Based on John’s review I contacted the Bell store at Kildonan Place & made an appointment with Gilles for today! He answered all my questions over the phone & in person today. He was very professional, understanding, patient & gave very excellent advice! I would not hesitate in the future to ask for him & will pass on his name to my friends! He’s the BEST!

Our customer service rep named Gilles was extremely courteous, quick & very patient with us when coming in for an upgrade. Made suggestions and options that benefited my devices/services for future care and use. Would definitely come back for more future purchases with his attitude and customer care in mind. We had a great experience at this location. Jay was very promp, knowledgeable, friendly, had a sense of humour (which is important when dealing with us) and best of all honest about everything. I came in to Bell/Mts in Kildonan Place to figure out why my app.wasn't working. I spoke with Gilles and he was able to fix the issue very quickly. He then offered to bring me over from another provider for my TV and internet services. He was able to explain everything very clearly and I highly recommend Gilles to anyone who looking for a great customer service experience.

Gilles was very helpful in getting me my first cell phone. He also helped me create a Gmail account. I would highly recommend Gilles to anyone who is new to cellular.

If you are looking for service or help after you purchased a plan, this is not the place to go. Staff was not interested in hearing the problem with my phone and did not even pretend to care. If there was a negative score available I would give it. Don't waste your time here.
