I have to say Khaled was one of the most attentive, kind and expert associates I have ever worked with. He was so patient as we worked together to transfer all my data to my new phone; find the perfect case and charging cables and generally stay completely connected with our experience. 20 minute wait in virtual line. Then went in and got served almost immediately but only to be told I couldn't do what I was told to do on the phone.

3years ago, they were not kind.
But recently when i visited, the new staff, Jess was so helpful and great!

But, wifi at home is not good. So manytimes disconnected. I need to think about it.
Its not useful.

I identified the problems that I was experiencing. It took a total of less that 15 minutes and my phone working just fine
