Went to the mall because I wanted to buy some jewelry for my wife for Christmas and after visiting most of the other jewelers this was the only jewelry store that acknowledged and greeted me. The lady was so nice and helpful. Great selection and it didn't take long to find exactly what I wanted.

My fiance got my engagement ring here and I got his wedding band. Always great service and helpful staff!

Chris was very polite and professional. Exchanged a watch that had a warranty period. I was refused an exchange at another store where I bought this watch about a month ago. Thank you for the service)

Mediocre jewelry at best. Service could be better. Overpriced. 3 star because they have better collection of items compared to other vendors In the mall.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.my mom was accused that we swore at one of the employees there when my mom was on the phone with the manager in training! The person talking to us was unprofessional in my opinion and noticed she started raising her voice! Saying my mom had received the new earrings and that there shouldn’t be any other problem, while my mom was trying to talk, she was cutting her off saying, she’s not trying to argue with her and that she should be pleased that the new earrings arrived, this is ridiculous! This isn’t acceptable as a customer. I would have given 0 stars if I could, never going back to this location!

My fiancé and I are both very happy with the service we got from Valerie and Sylvia! They were both extremely patient, understanding, professional, helpful and friendly. It was an amazing experience overall and they really made sure that my fiancé and I were happy with our purchase.
