I just went in to browse, I had my grandchildren with me. Friendly staff. I will return when I don't have "my helpers" with me, lol, easier to shop that way.

Very helpful staff. I had brought my suitcase into the store to enquire about repairs re: the handle wouldn’t extend. (It was quite annoying- I’d gone on vacation and had to carry the suitcase everywhere because I couldn’t roll it behind me.) The staff at Bentley looked into the repair policies, and when I went to demonstrate to them that the handle wasn’t working, it extended! I had tested it so many times prior to bringing it in - that handle was STUCK and would not extend! But, I guess the ladies at Bentley are magical, because suddenly everything was working!
I was kind a bit embarrassed by the whole situation, but the staff was very kind and made me feel better, and we had a good chuckle about the “magically repaired” suitcase.

Very helpful staff, good products, reasonable prices. You get to take it home with you with a touch and feel experience.

Too many purses to choose from. I got over excited and have to visit again
