Returned an item today. All cashiers (2-3 were busy with customers), customer service desk was busy with an employee and customers. I would say that service wise it was pleasant, two associates were kind and just told me to hold off, however it would be best if the cashiers would actually just do what they are supposed to and not engage in long conversations and have other customers wait and disrupt other working employees. Management clearly needs to set a standard for all. Thanks to the two employees (one was a team lead) and another tall white employee who was busy with a task but accommodated me anyways.

If I'm being honest, I preferred FutureShop over best buy, and I hate their redesign to an almost Apple-Genius-Bar-like interior.

THAT BEING SAID, even thoughout this pandemic, their customer service (that I've observed or received) has been top notch, and the sales associates I've interacted with have been sufficiently knowledgeable about the products under their purview, and where in the shop what I'm looking for is.

The repair service of geeksquad is a scam. They sold me computer coverage. A year later when I need to use it I find out it was a Home Service and I was paying them if I were to ever need a TV installed.then they charged me 100$ for nothing. They couldn't even figure out what was wrong. Avoid this failing brick.

I used to love Best Buy. Until I went there to buy my laptop for school. I didn't know too much and hoped the sales rep would be able to help my choose. I told him exactly what I needed the laptop for - that it was for school and needed something that would suit me well for taking a college course online. Well, I discovered later that he definitely didn't take anything I said into account and must have just wanted the sale without effort. I don't even have a CD-rom. You can imagine how well that went when I needed to install programs that I had installation CD's for. I was so angry to discover this fact! I didn't bother checking because that seems pretty standard with a laptop for school. I instead had to pay out of my own pocket for software (hundreds of dollars) because I needed to download it online and couldn't use the software supplied by my school. It had no Office programs on it. Terrible sound quality, which is fantastic for my virtual classes and meetings. I won't go there for my next laptop, which I'll need sooner than later, thanks to the sales rep.

Worst customer service. I went in looking for a laptop.had to wait about 20 minutes to get the attention of an associate only for them to tell me the laptop I had like was out of stock and they didn't even attempt to help me find the laptop at any other location.the associate then tried to upsale another more expensive laptop again which was also not in store.like why even show us a laptop we were not interested if I cannot buy it in store

They don't tag their products correctly and will not honour the prices they advertise. Really disappointed with the customer service. Sales person wouldn't even apologize just tried to rush us to the checkout.

Worst customer service ever. Went in yesterday and had to ask FOUR staff members for help. The first one said he was too busy, the second one said it wasn't his departmen, the third one said he was getting off shift but would call someone to help me. I watched him call someone, then I waited 20 minutes for THAT staff person to help me. When the fourth staff person showed up, he was clearly annoyed. I'll shop at other Best Buys, but not this one.

Ordered a cooker 2 times and missing the same item called customer service asked for a manager they told me a manager doesn’t have time for your missing item they told me is not our problem it’s supplier issue
Finally get hold of a manager in this location she got all my information but no action
Very disappointed I will never ever get anything from here again and won’t recommend it to any one

Curb side pick up is terrible. Came here the Saturday after black Friday, it was packed. I walked up to a rep standing outside, he told me the wait was about 40 minutes, that's when another customer who was ahead of me told me that had been waiting over 1.5 hours. I chose not to wait. Now I'm back, Tuesday evening for curbside pick-up, almond with many others. It looks like they are only helping the people who are going up to the door, I don't see anyone actually walking anything out to anyone's car. This is absolutely terrible! **Update** after waiting almost 50 minutes, decided to forget and left without picking up my item. They did call from a blocked number (there is no way to actually speak with someone working in the store) almost an hour after we arrived to say we could pull up to the front door, I told them to cancel the order.

Came at 7: 45. Approached and was about to ask the Chinese guy who works there. He cut me off by saying “we close at 8pm “SHARP””. Their website says they close at 9pm

SO RUDE! VERY LONG LINE UP OF CARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! JUST GO TO PEMBINA LOCATION!

Worst curbside pick up ever. I get an email saying that my order is ready for pick up. Get to the parking lot, check in, sit for an hour and a half without even a text from them.
What a complete waste of time.
Ordered pick up from the Pembina location last week and it was out in 10 minutes. I don't get it.
Unfortunately this item wasn't in stock there.
I'll be getting my money back. Not worth it. Go somewhere else!

This is very nice place to buy some electronic devices, laptop and other things else. I didn't see the promotion much here, but staff is very friendly and helpful. Very fast check out process.

They advertise curbside pickup can take as little as 10 minutes or 45 minutes in a worse case scenario. Reality: Email sent @ 3: 11pm "your order is ready for pickup". I arrive at 3: 50pm and am told to use my phone to check-in and I am to wait inside my car. 3: 45 I get a text saying to have my ID ready, they are ready to bring me my order. 5: 00pm they finally bring my item to my vehicle. Had I not been required to pre-pay I would have left as soon as they told me to use my phone to check-in. Expectations vs Reality. Stop with the fluffy advertising and be honest!

Staff is full of unprofessional folks and worst customer service with rude behavior ever i receive, ordered a new product and they delivered open box. Totally wastage of time, it took them more than 1 hour to figure out and do the exchange. Not impressed with the services i received

Terrible. No stock, if I want to shop online I would not come in. Limited help? It's because everyone is standing around chatting waiting for their shift to end. Just overall not good, getting to Walmart levels now.

I could understand that they didn't have the product I wanted, but what I couldn't understand was the poor customer service. I stood looking for help for quite a while and even made eye contact. Was told by two staff they needed a break and they both left with no replacements and it ended up feeling as though my mother and I were being avoided. They lost a sale on two televisions. I when to Vision electronic instead and got immediate help that was neither pushy or passive.

I ordered curb side pickup today and when I showed up there was a long line that wasn’t moving. Curb side pickup means get in the line.
Very deceptive of Best Buy.
I’ll have to go with delivery as I am lucky enough to be working. I don’t have 2 hours to wait in line.

Convenient stop to get most of your basic electronic and household appliances. Prices can be good when theirs sales, but I've found the staff isn't that knowledgeable if you've done your own research. I've also had issues of even getting assistance when I want to buy something and can't find it. Based on customer service I've had here, I now do my shopping online or go to Visions if I know what I looking for, or Advanceif I want some actual knowledgeable staff.

Seth helped us pick out a Samsung qled 4k TV a couple of Saturdays ago. He wrote down everyone's name who helped us as well on our receipt but we lost it! I meant to fill out a survey so I could comment on how helpful and knowledgeable and super friendly everyone was. You have a great team there, and it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks so much!

I will be avoiding this location in the future due to poor customer service. As someone else has said, the staff do treat you as though you are wasting their personal time. We had inquires about a tv we had purchased, and they were rude and unhelpful.

I would go to another location.

Brought in my PC that was having a start up error for geek squad assistance to fix, was able to pick it up next day. Friendly staff that are well informed of the products and services they offer. Extremely happy that my PC was fixed so swiftly, as well as they installed their geek squad app for future assistants if needed.

Paid alot extra for the set up and they basically put the tv on the wall and left me to do the rest. Refused to set up the sound system. When I purchased the service I was told it would all be installed and set up.

One of the better best buys in the city and the staff is helpful if you can find them. The manager at the cellphone section is really personable, and went through basically all options with me. Bought a cellphone from him twice.
They can be a bit pushy for warranty plans. But my dog ate my headphones and they replaced them for free. So pretty worth it if you are harsh on your stuff.

Helpful staff, knowledge, huge selection on home electronics, appliances, movies and games both for console and PC. If you have never been here before it's a good place to check out home entertainment options. If you have been here before it's a normal store. This place has lots of parking very narrow Lanes are tight. Located on a very busy road becareful driving. Has public washrooms not very clean. Wheelchair accessible.

Do you need a new computer? A new phone? A new appliance (dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer, etc.) ? Video games? Any other kind of electronic? This is the place to get it! Super friendly, and knowledgeable staff, great prices and good hours! Once, I arrived at 5: 58pm on a holiday when they closed at 6pm. Normally, I hate showing up to a store minutes before they close because I've worked in retail and I know how annoying it can get, but they went above and beyond for me and were super polite and made me feel welcome! I love this place!
