Had our dog groomed today Saturday 16th, 2023 @ 9: 30 am appointment. When I went to pick up our dog at 11: 00 am this is how I received him. All the groomer at the Steinbach location said is he wiggled and caused a little boo-boo. I'm not exactly impressed with being charged $67 dollars for this. The least they could have done was offer a discount or something like it.
Overall the haircut is great except for the minor boo-boo.

Very friendly and helpful staff, bought a bunch of fish here and always buy our dog food here and will continue to. Plus they always give our dog treats when we bring him with!

Just brought my dog in on short notice. Holly did an amazing job! Thank you so much for making my dog feel comfortable.

Had a horrible experience with Yvonne the groomer. She didn’t even spend an hr on my dog and charged me $84.00. Upon getting home I noticed my dogs cut was butchered. As well as sores on her back. Very disappointed and disheartening. I wish groomers like this weren’t allowed.

I bought 5 fish today from this location and the staff named Holly was very helpful and educated with my questions.

Sad to see stores still selling birds, the most re-homed pets.
Birds were stacked in very small cages. There was a cockatiel living in a very small cage that was trying hard to find somewhere to perch. It kept trying to perch on a mineral block with its face pressed against the bars or flying down to food dishes. There were some hanging toys which is good but the importance of having appropriate perches is so important for the health of their feet and they should always have somewhere to rest comfortably. It looked really stressed. Raising the height of the cage would also help so people could not loom over it so much. I wont be back but I hope Best West will one day get away from the selling of live animals.

Bought fish tank all supplies etc.pumps filter everything new from them.bought 3 fish.did everything they said.brought back the pump and filter was faulty clerk even said so.got no reimbursement.one fish died that night another next morning.no reimbursement nothing.just rude attitude.never please if you love pets do not go there.

Not a large selection of aquariums surprisingly. A bit of a mess and not all the items have prices on them.
