The location at St. James St. Is always super friendly and helpful. The staff i have spoken too about healthy different foods for dogs or cats know even ingredients to help with allergies your pets may have.

Best place for dog grooming! Very reasonable prices.almost too reasonable. Great selection of collars and leashes for all size dogs and cats.

I have started adding raw meat to my bordercolies diet.

Great place for a groomer, and I think it is comparable to other places— it is $70 or so dollars for the full bath, grooming, nails, etc.and they even give your dogs a bandana or tie little ribbons in their hair when they are finished.

Abigail is very kind and my dogs always look great after seeing her. My maltese dog is especially anxious around groomers, but she doesn’t seem anxious at all here.

As for the products, it is a pet store. It isn’t cheap but they carry many specialty products. Similar price to corporations like Pet Smart or Petland. I prefer to shop locally, so I choose this place over the others. ️

The fish section could work to improve their water quality and get better fish suppliers most the time the fish are sick a do not live.

Great staff, great selection, reasonable pricing. The manager is a real jem and you get all the help you could need as far as picking new products for your pets.

Great place! Adopted a kitten from here. Emma served us and she was so pumped and so knowledgeable! It was a great experience! Customer for life!

Friendly staff who are able to answer questions, and they carry local options. I much prefer shopping here over big box locations as they carry high quality dog food, and are always willing to help.

2020 brought us kitten, so we have been attending Pet Shops.
BW has been by far, the best in service, product selection, pricing and customer friendly environment.

Un produit que je prend habituellement était en rupture de stock, et on ne m’a pas proposé d’en commander et la réduction sur les grandes quantités ne m’a pas été appliquée. C’est une erreur qui me donner vraiment envie d’aller ailleurs pour mes achats.

Not great at keeping certain foods for rodents in stock but otherwise good. Also refuses to take 100 bills on a 104 dollar charge for dog food even when that's the only option available to client at the moment. Will likely give up the 2 bags worth of petfood that was towards loyalty to start elsewhere where they can figure out that their urine lights double as bill testers

Been going here every 2 weeks for a bag of dog food for the last year roughly. Everyone is fairly nice, there is usually a good stock on things when we go. Unfortunately, most things are a few bucks more expensive here than other pet stores, but there are the odd few that are much cheaper. Two things that tick me off is a) people often don't know what they are talking about regarding the rewards programs and return policies on open food, and b) they refuse to take $100 bills.my bag of dog food comes to $101 and some change and they will not take a bill. They claim that it is because of fraudulent bills (which I understand), but I was a cashier for years, and its as simple as this. TEACH YOUR STAFF HOW TO IDENTIFY FRAUDULENT MONEY.

With a knowledgable staff and a great selection, this place has captured my consumer loyalty! They helped me find a good brand to aid in my dogs constant shedding, and the free bag of dog food after 12 purchases is great, I highly recommend!

Prices are better than other chain pet stores. If you need food for your pet (even feeder insects), then check them out.

They keep a record of what you have purchased, when you have multiple pets that makes buying the right food easier.

They have a little bit of everything. Prices are great, comparable to online. If your pet is a picky eater this is the place to go, they will let you return opened bags of food.

Nothing bad to say. It's a small store so don't expect the world but good variety none the less.
