Best Western Plus Winnipeg Airport Hotel

Good location near the airport, friendly staff, excellent room cleaning. Amardid, a woman from India, did a great job cleaning the 5th floor. Thank you very much to all the employees!

I stayed in a hotel the night before my flight. The staff at the front desk were courteous and competent, and check-in was fairly quick. The room was clean and well-kept, I liked it. I also visited the buffet for breakfast, everything was fresh and tasty. Many guests came for breakfast then, the waiters served everyone and were polite and kind. Thanks

Wasn't the greatest experience due to the wait for our room, but when it came to do deposit they were extremely unhappy to help, saying they couldn't take in cash and because of that we had to wait a lot, second of it doesn't make sense how could the breakfast be only for two people, but not three and if breakfast is included in the down-payment for the room too then that doesn't make sense even more. I think they could've done a better job atleast by being slightly more helpful and respectful.

First experience with Best Western in many years. No huge issues other than lots of people smoking right outside the entrance.

Near the airport and free parking. Walking distance to restaurants and on arrival they provided me with some salsa and chips. Will likely be back when next back to Winnipeg.

Checked in at 0200 after a flight. Was unsuccessful in obtaining a late checkout. Requested a wakeup call as my cell phone wasn't working but never received one. Thankfully there was an alarm clock in the room I was able to set. Tried making calls to friends/family using both local and long distance methods but couldn't get the phone in the room to work. Still didn't go through when connected through the front desk. Went down to tell them and they weren't able to allow me to use their phone. Directed to the pay phone and ended up being charged $22 on my credit card for a 1-2 minute call (not the fault of Best Western). Couldn't get the lobby computer to change the language in Google Chrome back to English from Dutch as I had also attempted to contact people this way. Not a great experience overall this time around.

Every service is awesome.hospitality wise seriously too good.nice environment politeness.i like it and i wish next whenever i will be come then definitely want to stay here.

This hotel is excellent. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean and very quiet. The hotel is convenient as far as location, close to the airport, shopping and restaurants.
