Always excellent service over the past decade. Bruce has been super helpful last few visits I've had.

We took advantage of the Black Friday sale at Bikes and Beyond. The staff were helpful. Lots of different types of bikes and accessories on display. The person who assisted us was knowledgeable about bikes and the available inventory and she showed us several bikes with features that we were considering. The staff at the Service department were very good as well. We ended up with a perfect bike for us!

Always phenomenal service from the staff at Bikes and Beyond! If I could give a higher rating I would! Tyler does great work!

I enjoyed the honesty without the associate being pushy and upselling without a need. If I felt that was occurring, I would never come back. I value an environmentally friendly, sustainability informed approach to consumerism and service. I want my bike well cared for without unnecessary purchasing suggestions. Although this might be a standard sales model, I want something akin to patagonia's philosophy/model. I feel like bikes & beyond encompass some of that. Their service is great.

I had an awesome experience at Bikes and Beyond yesterday. I went in needing to get geared up for winter commuting. I believe the guy helping me out was Bruce? He got me all set up and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be going back there!

Having recently moved to Winnipeg I was searching for a Local Bike Shop (LBS) and ventured into Bikes and Beyond. Staff at the store were very helpful, friendly, and had no attitude. The store will definitely be my go to LBS. Buy local! The internet store cannot fix your bike, provide advice on parts, or lead your local group ride. Long live the local bike shop!

coming retirement from my work in the philippines.unfortunately my vacation here ends the 23rd of November (2023), but will be seeing much more of the store and staff of "Bikes and Beyond" come summer of 2024.

I was hunting for a stationary trainer…was low on budget, can go for $400 - 1000. The folks here set me up so I can stay in shape over the winter (I’m not a winter cyclist) …for $190! Thx Bruce and folks at Bike & Beyond. I’ve continued to use your services and products faithfully. Staffs very knowledgeable and super friendly! Oh, glanced at the instructions, had it set up and adjusted in 15 mins!

I was on the fence about purchasing a bike. Never thought I could find the right one to feel safe and that felt like just the right bike. A friend suggested to go and see Emily. She was right, Emily was great. She took the time to get to know me first to find out what my needs and concerns were. It was a wonderful experience from the start to the end. The guy who helped me was great! After I had not great service at the other store, I visited Bike and Beyond even though they don’t carry the brand I was looking for. However, now I believe I found my next bike and it’s because of the wonderful customer service!

I dealt with Bruce Dyck. He was informative. He helped me make a confident decision on a new bike. The ability the talk to informed staff before the purchase, as well as at pick up of the new bike was excellent. Bruce explained some nuances of the bike which I was not familiar with. Overall it was the staff the made the experience great

Went to Bikes N Beyond with a tight budget and Don took very good care of me showing me what I could get in my price range and the best bang for my dollar. He said they had to build my bike and that it would take a couple of days. 2 days later I got the call that the bike was ready and when I got there Alex took good care of me. He helped fine tune the bike and gave me some very good tips. I left there feeling that I got an excellent bike for the money I spent.
Crazy thing is that I went somewhere else first and they didn’t help me the way Don did.

Bikes N Beyond. I totally recommend them to anybody looking for an amazing bike for a descent price.

Uniformed and incompetent staff, bought a Shibori Go and went to leave but the sales staff couldn't get the lights to go on, had to wait 1 1/2 months for new wiring harness to arrive. Took it home in the mean time but sales staff forgot to hand over the charger when I left. Returned for the wire harness replacement now lights work but after 2 uses the pedal crank near falls off, was told they needed to remove the crank assy to install wire harness. Torqued it on correctly myself along with the side stand that was rattling loose. Was told the range on 1 charge would be 70km but turns out only about 1/3 that even on lowest power setting on flat terrain. Was assured the would look in to the range shortage but haven't heard anything 1 yr later, seems they will say anything to get your money and out the door.
