Great service. Bin was dropped and picked up loaded as per arrangement. I was able to get hold of someone on the weekend to schedule the pick up date. I was not surprised with any unexpected add on charges. I recommend the business.

I had a great experience with BINco! I emailed on a Monday morning, and the bin was delivered that afternoon to the street outside my house. Payment was super easy and convenient. When I emailed to let them know I needed it taken away a few days early because of street work, they were on it that day. Felt so good to get rid of all that yard clutter and garbage from a recent renovation. Could not recommend enough.

Great service. Bin was dropped off first thing in the morning. They accept e-transfer as payment, so that was ideal as we don't have credit cards. The drop-off area was actually a tight spot, but the driver fit it in perfectly. We did most of it through email, and communication was quick. Feels good to have the buildup of stuff gone from the house. Thanks so much for facilitating that process.

Our regular commercial service missed their pickup and did not respond - probably due to the long weekend. I had to find a bin for our extremely busy weekend and Rob came through for us even though I knew he was busy. Delivered on time as promised and service was prompt and professional. Had great service working with Rob. We were waiting on another company to deliver a bin after being informed they would deliver it prior. I reached out to Binco and they were able to deliver a bin the same day! We had the entire family over for a clean-out and waiting on a bin to arrive was not in the itinerary, but Binco came just in time right when we needed them to! I have used their services twice. BINco is easy to contact. I used their on-line form and the follow-up conversations were by email. We chose the time and placement of the bin. The bin was dropped off in the correct location on the property in the morning of the day requested. While BINco offers 5/7 day time spans, anytime after you are done, you can let them know you are done, and they will pick it up earlier. Payment is equally easy, they send an invoice by email, you pay on-line.

I finally got to watch the actual loading up of the bin- that truck was really cool!

I highly recommend BINco for an economical and efficient way to deal with renovation/ basement/ garage garbage disposal.

BINco was quick with service emptying and replacing bin, polite and always answered our phone calls which is so very important. They sent us the invoice easy to pay on line and receipt issued for finance reporting. Would definitely get them if we needed them again.thank you so much.

Delivery was available on short notice, and when we were done and called to have it picked up it was gone 30 minutes later.
