Sat and waited after making appointment day before and after 45 minutes waiting no even a interest in calling out my name went on about like no one was waiting, not pleased, very disappointing, and now it's Monday and vehicle is still on web page, I hope the owner of this company sees these posts

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 2500 series pick up truck attempted theft in early spring it’s: been sitting at this dealership for a few months they said that they fixed the steering column.he lied it has not been repaired. It’s still sitting there and it appears to be more damaged now than when it came in also, while in the parking lot, a thief drilled into the gas tank and stole the gasoline out of it
Moral of the story is bring your vehicle someplace else for repairs

The experience I had with my team was amazing and did not make me feel rushed or overwhelmed. I came in with concerns and questions and they took the time and answered them all. Had an amazing experience all together.

Bought a used car from them late April. At first, I was really happy with my purchase until I noticed that there were two loonies sized rust spots that appeared at the top of the winsheild frame. When I looked closer you could see that THEY PAINTED OVER THE RUST! They didn't even use a matching color close to my white car, I'm super disappointed with these guys. I phoned the salesperson I dealt with, they were very unenthsiastic that I phoned to inquire about this, said they would follow up with the used car manager. It's been 3 weeks, no follow up. Be careful dealing with these guys.

I dealt with more than one person in each of the the sales, financing, and service departments. All of the staff were very pleasent and friendly. They were all good at trying to match my needs with the services available. The sales person was very helpful in ensuring I was happy with the vehicle features fulfilling the parameters I set. As a first-time purchaser, when I was confused about some of the financing process, they were able to correct the documents after I had signed (and already had possession) as they hadn't submitted them yet.

Would like to give great thanks to Brandon Labute and for all his help and great customer service that he offered me. While I was there looking at vehicles he has definitely made a great impression on myself and my family would highly recommend him for all your vehicles needs.
