We went for the second time to check the vehicle but Zach was on his way home. When he was notified, he immediately turn around and went back to the dealership to assist us. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. To start, they lose my tires and rims after storing them. Then after repeatedly calling and asking to be called back from my service advisor for an update I get nothing at all and have to ask to speak to the manager. A day later I get a call from the assistant manager. Well they are going to replace everything (as they are expected too) but try to replace them with a cheaper brand. 3 weeks later I finally get everything replaced and put on. A week later the brand new tire blows because it's overloaded or a factory default. I get it towed to the dealership and they say it was a road hazard (which it wasnt) and won't cover it. MPI and a auto repair shop both say it was a blown tire after examining everything and now I'm on the hook for a brand new tire. Thanks for nothing Birchwood Dodge.
