Wish I could give a report on their work quality. Have attempted multiple times to set an appointment for an estimate to NEVER hear back from them. Waste of time and effort on my part.

Very slow service for our friend dan at ddspeed shop, his truck got vandalised in their yard and now one cares enough to get him taken care of (white tow truck)

I wish I could give Birchwood Collision more than five stars. They were really great to deal with. I would absolutely use them again, and have already recommended them to others. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent communication overall.

Not having your car available in times of need is such a stressful situation. However Ashley made my experience 1000 times better by putting my mind at ease and reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. She truly showed she cared. Great customer service!

Birchwood Collision did a wonderful job taking care of my vehicle. The service and people are great and very helpful! I will definitely be coming here if I ever need future repairs.

Completely and wholeheartedly disappointed with this place. I brought my car here for repairs and almost every step of the way, there were issues. First, they said our car would take 2-4 days. The second day in, they said they had missed ordering a part and that resulted in our car being there for more than a week. Secondly, once repairs were finished, there were scratches in our paint, which they refused to take responsibility for (the photos they took for their claim were taken inside their building, so that is not proof that they did not scratch it. I was fully aware of what dings were already there). In conclusion, i will never go back. Not worth the frustration and extra money.

Warning****UPDATE****

DO NOT sign or pay for repairs until you look over and use your vehicle. These amateurs will cause more issues than necessary and do not own up or apologize for their inadequacies.

The work in my vehicle

INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE FIRST

Poor communication, been dealing this this company for many months now and have half of my vehicle repaired. For “luxury service” - they are not close to luxury - they are simply unorganized and uncommunicative.

There are many shops in the city, I only chose this one because of the excellent service i received at Birchwood Lexus. The service level Not even close. They are not the same. Don’t make the mistake I made!

Worst experience and customer service.

I will not recommend them to anyone. Vehicle got hit in feb twice my appointment got cancelled finally got my repair done in August.
Riqi Garcia was so unprofessional no updates, no follow up. My adjuster left them message in shared system she was like I haven’t heard anything.

They got too much business so they don’t care at all.

I had my vehicle repaired at Birchwood West Collision Center quite some time ago after being rear ended. I will never go back. Communication was sub standard. I could never get in touch with the person handling my repair order. The car developed a terrible rattle in the rear over time and we took the vehicle to Birchwood Honda West where we purchased the vehicle and we paid them to go over the rear of the car and find the rattle and repair it thinking we had a suspension issue. They were really good and went over the car with a fine tooth comb and could not find anything. We finally took it upon our selves to put a person in the extreme rear of the vehicle to listen for the rattle. It was discovered the rattle was coming from the rear bumper or inside the rear bumper. We had the service manager speak to the manager over at the collision center and was basically told after the amount of time that had passed we were out of luck. We will have to go over to Birchwood Honda West and possibly have the bumper cover removed and find out what is loose and rattling around. Note: It goes with out saying we never had a rattle like this before the accident. I will never stop dealing with Birchwood Honda West because they are truly "Fantastic" to deal with. The collision center on the other hand will never see another vehicle I own ever again moving forward. I am a Customer Service Manager and was with Chrysler for 25 years. I am not sure where customer service has gone but I am sure of one thing. You will not find it at the Birchwood Collision Center.

I was looking for a new place to get some vehicle repairs done, but instead was brought down a path of insanity and incompetence.

2 months ago I came for my first booked appointment. (4-5week wait). I was very clear about 3 issues with my vehicle. 2 of which were separate MPI claims. A few weeks later I had to call back to see where the estimate was at. It was "completed" and sent to me. The first estimate wasn't organized in a way to show the separate items and was completely missing the 3rd.

A few weeks after the first appointment they sorted out the original estimate and received the MPI claim #, but still hasnt done the proper MPI inspection for 1 of the claims (missed in the first appointment).

I had to book a second appointment (another 4-5week wait). When I arrived for that appointment they seemed confused and unprepared. After calling the collision advisor that had done my estimate they told me I needed to go to an MPI estimate location prior to coming back to them. Which is certainly not what was provided to me via email correspondence.

I found the staff to be polite and friendly, but very unorganized and unable to complete the bare minimum their job requires.

I would find a more reliable business to fix your vehicle in a timely manner.

If you want the wrong parts to be ordered for your vehicle and your appointment to get cancelled 4 times, this is the place for you. I've been waiting since February to get the front of my car fixed and they kept making appointments to fix it then canceling them because they didn't have the parts yet. Then when they finally got the parts they fixed everything but the bumper. They informed me it'll still be a bit for the bumper, then when they get it and ask me to bring it in, turns out they ordered the wrong bumper and it's still on back order. 6 months later I still lack a bumper and can't believe how terrible working with birchwood collision has been. Avoid at all cost, go literally anywhere else.

Had an accident in December, 2021 and have been waiting for the parts until now (June 2022). No follow-up, no estimate of when the parts would arrive, nothing. In the meantime, there was another collision and booking an appointment for a free estimate is nearly impossible. If you get an estimate, they will stay with your car for 10 days only for an estimate. Really disappointed. My next car won’t be a Toyota, for sure!
