Friendly and efficient staff, quick turnaround. Absolutely nothing negative about my experience. They kept me informed of progress, returned the car within the estimated time frame.

I’ve been very pleased with the hail assessment/estimate even through an MPI strike, at least I’m able to deal with someone about the damage instead of endlessly waiting for mpi to call back.

I had a very good experience there. Service was very friendly and work was really good. Definitely would go again.

I did not get a service done as of yet but just the call I had yesterday with the young lady on the phone, I believe her name was Shelby? , shows me what to expect when I do book a service, for 1 she answered all of my questions (I had her on the phone for 25min) and made sure I understood thoroughly what I would need to do once I schedule my glass repair. I will be coming in the future.

I damaged my car a couple weeks ago and I was waiting on mpi to get back to me and when mpi got back to me, I called birchwood and I spoke to Shelby and she was lovely and kind because I’ve never made a claim before and I didn’t know what the process was and she was helpful and I feel at ease with the process now. Super happy!

Went there with no idea what to expect, however the staff were helpful, and went above and beyond. Honestly, the service was great. I have to drive in from out of town, but honestly I’ll never go anywhere else.

Great service, friendly customer service, and keep you informed by text or email and / or phone. Vechile was completed in time stated.

Worst service at this place.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They kept the car over 6 weeks and then called me to pick up the vehicle, but it was not even starting then they are like we need to diagnose it. Again told me to wait 14 days.
Not done yet —
Went to pick up once they said after 23 days its ready, the washer fluid is not working as they fixed this through MPI claim. They changed the lid on hood. Smart mechanics forgot to make sure if washer fluid works or not. Went back again after just leaving them and they said they don’t have anyone available you can drop the vehicle. Then why you made me fool 3 times by saying its ready?
Very very poor bro.

How Hard can it be to find a Fuel Tank for one of the most common trucks on the road? (BTW IT WOULD NOT NEED ONE IF YOU HAD NOT DRAGGED OUT A REPAIR FOR ALMOST 4 MONTHS) and a good repair shop could of fixed DD Speed Shops Truck in a couple of Days for its original needed work, WHAT A JOKE

Called 3 times first time was pleasant, woman said I would hear back from someone by end of day that day or the next, never did though. Called again no one answered, called again and left a voicemail asking to get a call back with info, still haven’t heard back. First call was August 28…. It’s September 24 today.

Hi just wanted to thank toni the quality control manager for taking care of my 2020 forte very friendly guy and was there to help with a minor concern I had and did not hesitate to make things right and make me a happy long time customer and would like to thank leslie and alex and other receptionist for there patience with me and my MPI concerns, I highly recommend Birchwood collisions for auto repairs.oh and forgot to thank the detailer for a good job cleaning the interior so nice after the thief’s decided to break my steering Column and have a party in my car lol

The customer service was amazing. As always Riqi Garcia was so nice and helpful. Kept me updated on all the repairs and work being done on my car. Looking at my car today I can say it was in good hands. Service people made sure my car was SUPER CLEAN (exterior and interior). Thank you for the amazing work u guys

Disappointed at lack of communication. Claim papers delivered 30 days ago, no phone calls, upon following up I was told they had not ordered parts and have a 90 day backlog to even look at the vehicle. I have used Birchwood in the past with many other vehicles, seems they have moved away from a customer focus model.

I drop my vehicle after 2 months waiting list to fix ONLY front bumper. It took me more than 1 week to fix and now they ask me wait for next week to have my vehicle back. How good they are?

Haven't gotten any body work done as of yet but have an appointment. The customer service is great but I can't say anything just yet for the.
Service but I kno that it will be great.
