I felt good Mike answered all my questions. Wasn’t trying to push anything on us. Ended up with what we needed in the end. Also got a better rate for financing by the time I came to sign everything.

I have been dealing with Birchwood credit for roughly 4 almost 5 years, Both Mike's are amazing, I have leased 2 vehicles 1 for my daughter and 1 for myself and this year my daughter and I both purchased 2 new vehicles. We have always had great customer service and would recommend to any of my friends and family.

After a bunch of lies, running around and waiting I did get the car I wanted and they held the car. Ryan was great but as I was walking out of making a bill payment at the branch the branch manager thought it would be good customer service to call me “greasy” because I haven’t had time time change my review and I am still waiting for my winter tires off my old car going on 2 months now. I’m happy with the car and Ryan but really do not like being called names I have worked many years in customer service and this is some of the worst I have seen from a manager
