Great people working in a nice place. I was provided with prompt and excellent service. The staff make you feel welcome and even invite you back for coffee. I recommend this experience to others.

Shout out to my man Garrett for taking care of me and my Infiniti g37! It was giving me an engine light with misfires, loss of power car felt very sluggish, of course this hurts when you love the car and it’s giving you engine difficulties. Super stressful! So brought it in and initially it was difficult to determine the root cause and it was found there was a vacuum leak within the air intakes causing the misfire and engine light, I got it back within a day. Unfortunately that same day on the way home from the dealer the light came on again and it kept on the misfire action exhibiting the same symptoms as prior. Contacted Garrett at Birchwood Infiniti, told him what was going on and he said to bring it back and they will have another look. They kept it for a couple days and did some testing, figured out it was an 02 sensor that had gone bad, they gave me the option to either order the part through them or order it on my own and bring it in, so I found it online. Garrett had it replaced out of courtesy with no additional costs incurred. Car is fixed and running great, after about 1000kms the light hasn’t come back on, I haven’t got any other symptoms or misfires and I’m back on the road enjoying this G37 with confidence. Props to Garrett 100% he really settled my mind and bolstered my confidence in the dealership to get the car fixed. To Garrett’s team at Birchwood, send him praise, a coffee mug and Infiniti key chain, perhaps a demo for a couple months (give him something nice), he did a great job of reassuring me that they’d try their best to figure it out and they did! Garrett went the extra mile and provided me with the Ubers and rides to and from work, he really took
care of me. Although sometimes dealerships get a bad rep, talk to Garrett at Birchwood Infiniti because I’m sure whatever you’re dealing with even it takes a couple tries for the complicated stuff, Garrett will make sure it gets right! If I experience anymore issues with this I’ll update my review but my word still stands for Garrett, even if I run into more issues but I have a feeling I wont. Sometimes these cars are tricky. None the less I quite honestly didn’t have high hopes taking it to the dealer but found my expectations being exceeded with Birchwood Infiniti! Cheers

Took my vehicle in today to Birchwood Infiniti for repair which the dealership I purchased it from (Maserati Winnipeg) failed to service. The service I received was nothing short of amazing. The service manager Kory was very helpful, prompt and transparent. He was very considerate of my time, returned my vehicle to me cleaned and fixed! Thank you so much!
