Recently purchased a KIA Seltos. Ordered 2 months ago and was available 2 months earlier than the initial estimate. Cheyanne was great for ordering the car, showing us different options and answering questions during delivery. Andrew (finance) was very patient with answering questions and offering different options for payment.

I bought brand new car from this location and after the deal was closed they did not even shown courtesy to ask about the experience they literally don't care after the deal is closed. Keep calling they will not answer or keep sending to voice mails if you have problem with your purchase but if you are buying something they will answer immediately. Highly unprofessional staff. They will guide you wrong. I called 100 times left voice mails talked to an agent they said they will call me back but they didn't even called me back. Time waste, money waste if you are spending thousands of dollar take your business somewhere else otherwise you are going to regret it. They don't stick to there commitments even. Horrible experience will never go there or recommend someone else. Greedy dealership. I would like to give 0 stars they don't even deserve 1. Or ranking in negative

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, no sales pressure, willing to spend time to answer questions, go over everything in great detail, up front about all the costs, emphasized that we should call if we have any other questions.

Excellent friendly, smiley, and efficient service with our vehicle. With Bryan's and Johnathon's professionalism, our car was ready in very good time. We also were notified during the service how good/well my car was, and if there was anything I needed. I appreciate that they were approachable and easy to speak with, even the salesperson made sure we were helped, and also nice to talk to. The technician suggested/recommended a couple items on my hatchback. I really appreciated their text messages with Kia contact information, and also a video of how the Rio looked while it was being inspected in the shop by the mechanic.i will definitely return to Birchwood Kia on Regent for another oil change, and recommend them to my family and friends. Mother in law was told 3 months max for a car and its now been 6 months with no word and they refuse to even knock off money or anything to help out. She now has no vehicle and they don't care.

I always service my car at here and the service received was absolutely seemless and amazing, from booking appointments, extraordinary customer service, providing Uber to take me home and pick me up when my car is being serviced. I also changed my tyres to winter tyres and it surprisingly cost less than other places I have used. This is definitely where I am staying. Thanks Kia.

2: 30 hours and counting to do a oil change find somewhere other then here to get your car serviced

I bought my first brand new vehicle here back in 2020 and had a wonderful experience.

Andrew Lamb was my salesman and he made my buying experience beyond fantastic. He was personable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. The first vehicle he showed me was the one I ended up buying and I have been ecstatic with the purchase ever since.

Andrew made sure I knew all about the features of my new vehicle during the test drive AND the day I went to finalize paperwork and bring home. Over the last couple years he has surprisingly remembered my face (better memory than I have.lol) and has waved or said hi when I'm at the dealership for maintenance. He makes sure you know to reach out to him for anything you need, regardless of the topic.

Sometimes I've had issues trying to contact the finance department and he's made me aware that he can help if other departments are hard to get ahold of. I had also emailed him with some new buyer concerns the same year I bought and he was helpful and prompt. Seriously, that type of customer service is what makes me keep coming back for maintenance service.

I've bought a couple times from used dealerships and have never had the type of customer service that I have gotten with Andrew. I would highly recommend seeing him for your vehicle needs.

In terms of actual maintenance I've never left disappointed. The oil changes really aren't that much more expensive than other places and you have the convenience of already having records on file in case of warranty claims.

I've also bought a couple items from the parts department (optional things like paint pens and different floor mats) with no complaints. Everyone here has always been very friendly and I always enjoy the visit.

No showroom. We asked for a sales person then waited 10 minutes with no one approaching us to at least acknowledge they knew we were waiting. What a disappointment.

They have great staff that will make you feel confident to purchase the right vehicle. Everything was explained in a clear manner, and no hidden fees!

After having horrible experiences at other Winnipeg car dealerships I was apprehensive about going through a dealership again to purchase a vehicle.
I was in communication with Scott for a few weeks who made my trade in seamless. He did a virtual appraisal on my 2020 Kia Forte EX+ that assured me bringing it in was worth my time. Upon bringing it in for a physical appraisal, they actually offered me more money than initially!
They made everything crystal clear with no hidden terms, fees or long contracts. They gave me a super easy to understand layout of payment options for two potential vehicles.
I didn’t feel pressured or stressed out at any point and felt well taken care of.
My new vehicle will take 3-6 months to arrive (at no fault of Birchwood’s) due to the slow manufacturing process occurring at KIA. However I am happy to wait as they gave me a stellar trade in price and offered me great customer service.
