Jamie was excellent! Went above and beyond in helping me get my new vehicle. Konnor made everything seamless and stress free in terms of all the paperworks and technicalities. Both staff made the experience of buying a vehicle stress free and easy.

Couple of weeks ago I phoned to book an appointment for oil change, the person who booked my appointment said there is 2 open recall on my Kia Sorento, however they didn't have the parts in stock she had to order it, she booked the appointment for Jan 15th at 8am. I drove all the way from Whyte Ridge in -28 to attend the appointment, I got there at 730am first I did not find their drop off envelope, I made my way inside the service area and spoke with Lyle Nay, he said oh the recall was taken care of when I had the car in for oil change 2 weeks ago, no one had communicated this to me, this wasn't mentioned on the service report. Poor communication, poor service and not so friendly service advisors, Lyle would not even say sorry for the in convince, on the contrary he jokingly said oh now you don't have to fill the drop off form in the cold.

Great location, the staff is really knowledgeable, especially Lyle Nay in the service department and they always get my car done so quickly for servicing and still manage to wash it for me every time!

Amazing experience, Jamie was the best salesman I have ever dealt with, and the service department was amazing to deal with.

Josh, Mark and Conner all helped me and my fiancé find and get our new Kia Seltos and they were amazing! We love our new vehicle and the customer service was impeccable! They got us exactly what we needed at a fair price:) will definitely recommend to friends and go back when/if we need another vehicle.

Car dealers making triple profit from used car and give excuse that delay inventory. They want inventory shortage for purpose. Price like brand new car for 3 year old kia

Note: I tried to call you but it’s always on voice mail. Anyway I will explain here that what was disappointing about price. How can a 2020 car with 40000km on it with 8.49% can cost $45k when the new one 2023 will cost $40 with 7.49% Please explain logic behind this

I just got my 2023 Seltos today, Konner in finance was so friendly and great to deal with I couldn’t recommend him enough! Josh our salesman and George the sales manager we also very helpful. Overall a great experience and I’m happy with my new car:)

The Service Department staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. Both Tommy White and Zach Feitsma are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. The service Technician provides you with a video explaining exactly what is going on with your vehicle. You are never pressured into paying for work that may need to be done. Work is done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership

Made an appointment for an oil change advised them I would be waiting for the vehicle, once I arrived I was informed the oil change was going to take 1 1/2 hours? I informed the service advisor this should be explained at the time of booking, this will be the last time my vehicle is having the oil changed here, will happily give my money to a warranty approved quick lube company in and out in 20 minutes. Time is money. Terrible experience

I always get great service here. There are never surprises, everyone is friendly and professional. I'm generally not a fan of Dealership service but when I need something done quick and right I call Kia West.

No surcharges to service vehicles not purchased there. Some other local KIA dealerships did that to me

Very amazing service team. I had my beautiful q60 serviced there for winter tires and balancing and when the vehicle was returned not only was it ready but cleaned as well! Carl was very helpful and explained what would be happening throughout the process. I will definitely return for my next service!

Very bad service. I'd sent an online inquiry about a car for sale, the online message function gives the option of being called or texted back, I selected communication via text. I then received a text just before midnight - I said I do not want to communicate so late, please have someone contact me the next morning after 8am - they said no problem. The next day came and went, no one tried to contact me. I went back to the website where the price of the car I'd inquired about was now $2000 higher. Then I received a text the next day asking if I was coming to test drive it - I said I would test drive it for the original price it was listed at. They then responded that this car had already sold - 2 days prior. Then what was I coming to test drive? Why contact me again? Why was the price online raised if it had already sold? So shady, very unpleasant, will not shop here. Bought a nice used car elsewhere a few days later.

Service at Birchwood Kia West was amazing. I don't like going anywhere else to service my vehicle, because Lyle N.is so get to work with.

I'm bought this car KIA Rio model 2018 on Sep. 2019 and every time all service is made to my satisfaction. This people who work in Birchwood Service are very polite and every thing what you're ask is done in very short time. For me this was very important maybe because I'm old 78 years. At my age with so many problems with my health, the time spending there is important too.

The service here is laughable. I phone ahead of time to make apppointments and they keep forgetting to book them no care what so ever. Im telling everyone i know that they are a waste of time

Consumer Beware - took my car for repairs for a check engine light, all the work they suggested was items that were off warranty by 1,000km, even though the problem had been ongoing before the warranty was up. Took to another dealership for a second opinion and the work that was completed was none of the items suggested by Kia West.

Birchwood Kia Collision West was truly top notch on their service and communication with me during the Covid 19 shut down. The collision shop manager, Jim Snusher and the Service Advisor, Silken Gooding was awesome to deal with and helped me during the process of my repairs. As a result, I decided to have my vehicle serviced at Birchwood West and was again greeted by top notch service and respect. Thanks Guys and keep up the excellent work!

I've been purchasing from and servicing cars at Birchwood Kia West since 2014. The guys in the service department have always been fantastic. Lyle has assisted me for most of this time and has always been friendly and professional. Tommy was the one who helped me on my last service appointment and he was excellent as well. High five guys!

I had posted a critical review of Birchwood Kia service. But I want to offer a commendation to them. They did respond immediately to my review, inviting me to contact the General Manager. This kind of responsive customer service is what I have experienced at Birchwood dealerships previously. I do appreciate the willingness to engage with a customer. Well done!

Service level dropping down by each time I was visiting there.
Last visit just broke my trust completely, after just two month after full inspection of the vehicle (last one before warranty runs out and been paying a top dollar for that) i drove to service appointment with steering issue (something to do with electric assistant motor).
I came back with same issue that i had before and been told that it ok and nothing to worry about. Service advisor answer was that I did not ask the mo check that specific system and they will not take any responsibility for that!
I have that feeling that they allays tried to mislead me to avoid rearing that searing wheel motor issue as it would cost them top dollar to repair.

I bought 2 vehicles from this dealership but trust me never again!

Very recommend this auto dealer. Staff was knowledgeable and not intrusive. Sales Consultant Ben Smaha made a great job showing cars and answering questions. Also, would like to note his delicacy and courtesy.

My tust levels have dropped to 0% at this point but I will be posting a full review after I find out what was ACTUALLY performed as far as my extra services over my sugguested/required service package but so far paid items and extra services charged including wiper blade, engine filter not done whatsoever. Couldn't say if anything else was done as per written agreement. I never thought that I should mark my tires to see if they were actually rotated as per documentation but family is suggesting that I should now given my experience. My service rep is going to make it right but unfortunately the service mechanics need to be on the same page and not just marking checks off on a computer.

I've contacted my service representative after noticing work not performed/completed. Upon return to the dealership all were rectified and I was reimbursed for my trouble. I'm happy with the end result but still on the fence as to what services were actually completed on my year old vehicle. Safety is always an issue and I want to be sure ALL my repairs are done in a careful manner and that I don't have to double check that they are.

It was brought to my attention that an apprenticeship program is underway at this location and the apology made was aimed at this being the probable cause. I only hope this error will promote getting an experienced technician overlook the jobs completed before marking all the jobs done.

Will never go back to that place ever again I made an appointment with them to have a oil change and put on my winter tires on and made it known to them that once my car was finished worked on to call me when the work was completed. Now no call and three hours have passed I call them to say what's going on and where is my shuttle service and they say they don't have a shuttle drive and can be at least a hour to get a rideback to the dealership and instead I call a friend to give me a ride and once I arrive at the dealership they say my car was ready after a hour and that was no excuse to have me wait 3 hours and then no shuttle service back and have no other answers to say sorry well that's not good service at all and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone needing work at at this place.horrible experience and never going back.

I specifically brought my vehicle here due to recieving a recall notice in the mail for my wife's Sorento. Decided to book an oil change at the same time. Arrived and was greeted promptly by the service person. After some difficulty finding my vehicle in their system, I showed the service person the recall notice paperwork and was told everything would be taken care of. Approximately ninety minutes later I was told by the same service person that my vehicle was ready. Left the dealership after receiving my paperwork. Two weeks later my wife received a phonecall informing her that there was still an outstanding recall notice on her vehicle. Checked the paperwork from the service I had done and it clearly stated that a recall check was completed. My wife called and got the run around from the service desk. Contacted the Service Manager and after two phone calls he finally returned my call and left a message. Played phone tag for the next week and was finally told he would contact us via email. No email was sent. Will be taking my business to the other Birchwood Kia dealership and hopefully have a better service experience there.

Mark Miller was great to deal with. He worked hard to negotiate a deal for me! Super satisfied with my vehicle purchase and the price I paid. He was very friendly and did everything he could to help me. Highly recommend this place!

Love the Kia I bought here. Kind of stuck on the experience. I think the people are reasonable and genuine, but I feel like they just didn't hit the mark.

Fast and courteous service.been going there for 1 year for service at the kia on Portage. I changed from the regent location because service there was not so great.

Friendly staff, helpful and full service. The location is bright, cheerful, well managed whether for KIA or Enterprise Car Rental.

Got turned off from here before I even went into the location. Was harassed with 7 emails total in one day, two of them after telling them I was no longer interested because I had recieved too many emails.

I hate this place, brought my car in this morning through roadside assistance cause my car was running poorly yesterday. Car started up just fine this morning despite what had occured the previous day.

According to the service rep @ the desk. My car just had loose battery terminals. Got one of his guys to tighten up the terminals and sent me on my way. I had a gut feeling that was not the correct diagnosis. So i left the dealership and started driving when my car suddenly died again while I was on my way to get my car checked by my backup plan to visit Waverley Kia.

Now I am stranded again thanks to your service guy. Currently waiting for another tow through roadside assistance this time to bring me Waverley Kia. Good thing I had the hunch to go to another place. Never doing business with you guys ever again.
