This Lexus dealership is always there when I needed them. Went in last Saturday at 4: 10 pm, just past their closing time, but a kind young man Alex still opened the door for me. Pressure on my tires was low (cold weather) and needed some nitrogen fill. Alex cheerfully helped pump up my tires to the right pressure. Thank you Alex!

Sketchy deal experience

So we went there to see the a pre-owned sedan. They offer my partner a car that was reserved already by a person to buy it. We felt that they are “bidding the price” who offers big wins the car. I told them why are you guys offering it when it was reserved by the other person. That is unfair to the person who paid $500 to reserved it, but you still offer it to other person? But the product adviser and two manager just told us we just want you guys in the loop. “loop”. We felt we were hanging and uncertain, and we felt it was a wrong dealing process. This is the first time I encountered this kind of dealing when buying a car dealership. We were complaining because I felt it was not right. But both manager that we spoke told us there is nothing wrong about it. Is this how dealership should be? Please help me understand. For me this is unethical dealing practice in a car dealership. The crazy thing about it managers can't even see what was wrong with the dealing.

Hands down the best dealership to work with! Was expecting to have a stressful and scary time buying my first vehicle but with the help of JZ and Wesna my experience was so easy. Usually I find every salesperson pressuring me to buy a vehicle right when I get to their dealership but with Birchwood Lexus, everyone was welcoming and accommodating to my wants and needs. I didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever into buying a vehicle right away, JZ was very patient and helpful. I was worried about the price going up once I’ve signed some papers because most dealerships don’t mention the other fees you need to pay for but at this dealership everyone has been honest and reassuring and also made sure I had a good understanding of everything and what was best for me. Even after purchasing the vehicle, they would check up on me to make sure how I was doing with the new car. 11/10 would recommend going to Birchwood Lexus if you are looking to buy your next vehicle!

Lexus does not know how fix or anything about Lexus itself at all.

I went to Lexus dealer for checking ABS sensor and was asked by lexus technican what is this, that lexus oem wire for? And the area that they working on does not related to ABS sensor at all!
Then i asked if lexus had wire diagram for the car they said it would took more time then i have to pay for it, it also implied lexus doesn't know any at all rather than just scan the car, and they just keep working in the dark for "diagnosis" which is $200/ hours.
So what make lexus different to the other?

I left the dealer with problem unsolved and even with more problem because the fuel door and control mirror doesn't work, even before they are in good condition.

I went to the other mechanic shop and problem solve very quickly for the abs sensor. And they can't solve the fuel door and side mirror control where lexus was working on on the other day.

By the end, i pay $500 for lexus ruin my car, and i shouldn't trust in and bring my car to Lexus at the very first place

Customer service was amazing! Came in last week with my family not really knowing what i was looking for.it's my first car so i wanted something not too big, not too small, something very reliable and safe. Met with our sales person JZ. Super nice and helpful. Told him that i was just here to look around for now, not really obligated to be buying anything and he understood and gave off that vibe.whereas, other dealership ive went to said they understood that i will just be looking around, but still gave off that vibe where i have to buy something, so it was super nice meeting with Jiang Zhu (JZ) and being able to joke around and be comfortable around him.we test drove the NX300 F Sport. SUPER smooth and nice and beautiful! Really loved it!

then i came in a couple days ago needing a vehicle asap.met with JZ again, and spoke with Keifer the Financial Manager and said the SUV i wanted would be ready Friday morning, but told him i needed a vehicle asap and he was able to get me approved and get the vehicle the same day! JZ was super patient, incredibly nice and astounding. 20/10 would recommend:)

I can only say " Exceptional Service from J Z" to sum up my whole experience at Birchwood. If you want to buy a car, look no further but Jiang Zhu, aka J Z. Also a shout out to Kiefer, the sales manager, he was also fantastic as opposed to the previous one (I think Devon) who made us miss the 1st deal which I am happy about!
Mr Zhu was very knowledgeable, extremely patient, very nice and personable.
He made me feel like I really deserved the best! I had few trips to Birchwood until he found me the car that fit my needs and he was spot on. He stayed in touch without being pushy!
I have nothing but great things to say about him.he's the go to person and trust me, you will not be disappointed!

The employees are extremely welcoming and value their customers. After having an unpleasant experience at a different dealership earlier that day, I was thankful for the employees who were completely honest, transparent, and respected you as a customer not just someone they are trying to sell a product to. I am grateful for my experience with Birchwood and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I have bought a vehicle here before. The sales, Young, do not really familiar with the car spec but happy to help overall. He stand pretty firm with the price, giving little room to bargain. The experience so far was fine. Unfortunately, my IS has written-off a year later. Then, I had to deal with some insurance issues with the manager. His attitude toward me was so condescending and didn’t want to help at all. I think he just tired of doing something not making money from the customers. He didn’t proceed my insurance procedures until I remind him several time. Hopefully just me to encounter such situation. Anyways, won’t going to this dealership anymore.

I'd never recommend buying the extended warranty package from Lexus on a pre-owned vehicles, I'm so upset, the sales representative said you can't cancel the premium or full package once it's purchased! To know later after couple months that I had a span of 30 days to do the cancellation if I didn't like to continue with it, and It cost me 1,600$. They said it was written on the contract, well thanks for your trust and cooperation with your customers! Moreover this extended warranty (full package!) doesn't cover the whole interior as I was verbally informed, when I asked for fixing a small rip in the center console armrest they said your warranty doesn't cover it and offered to fix it for 800$! Or just doing a small repair for the ripped part for 165$! Without replacement. I searched on eBay and found the genuine Lexus part with similar exact color - the cover/lid for about 67$ only.so I can change it by myself. What a waste of money, disappointing customer service, and misleading information during the sale presentation!

Update: subsequent to your comment on my review, I would leave a kind advice being a previous projects manager at one of the biggest steel construction companies in the middle east: Successful sales department excellence in any company around the world is based on (the after sales and customer satisfaction) which means a happy customer = more sales, we used to follow the rules and procedures as per our company's policies with our customers in the Middle East, but sometimes being in a decision maker position can leave you with some flexible choices that can reflect on your company's future heritage in a positive way and that is through understanding the customer's needs and importance for the upcoming sale. You know what! This is a coincidence and live example, just yesterday.my brother-in-law was asking me about buying a new vehicle, I wanted to tell him to go to Lexus Birchwood to set up a meeting with you guys but now I don't feel like I am optimistic to give him that advice since the sale presentation and after sales experience I got was disappointing.

I was very pleased with my purchase of a 2017 Lexus NX200t. I appreciated the sales team with listening to my needs as a consumer. Giving me a good price on my trade in being fair to me as I had a 2015 Lexus IS250 which was a fantastic car for me. But as things change with life I now have a grandchildren which will be easier for car seats and everyone will be sitting higher up in the vehicle. I was also very pleased to discover my NX 200t has even better fuel economy than my 2015 IS250 which I thought was phenomenal to begin with. Thank you again Eric and Devon for this easy transaction.

Bought the 2020 RX, offer us a DashCamera with the deal, forget to order, waiting 5 weeks until now. Financial advisor forget return the order deposit, promise that money will be first month payment, but has been double chagerd even before the payment due day, Can not reach that manager with 10+ call. Negative experience until now.

It is unfortunate that I have to write a 1-star review as the salesman we dealt with, Young Zhou, was outstanding and a masterful salesman. He had us sold on a brand new vehicle, until the "sales manager" Devin Walker came to Young's desk, took his seat, and essentially began a condescending dialogue, in regards to our trade-in, that lasted several minutes before we had enough. The arrogance from this kid was on another level, speaking to professionals coming into a dealership to purchase a luxury vehicle, and being spoken-to as if we were born yesterday. A simple handshake and polite decline of our desired trade-in value would've been appreciated, but instead he began to full-on talk down, argue.
In regards to Young, thank you for your professionalism and we hope to purchase a vehicle from YOU once a more competent and professional sales manager is in place.
Until such time, we will not be back.

*The manager has explained the situation and the issue was solved in a timely manner.

We were charged for something called "Lexus plus". This is a totally hidden charge because we were never told about this and no one ever explained what is this for.
We waited over 1 hour to meet the finance manager. No staff explained why we've been waiting forever until we approached someone. We might have needed to wait to the end of day until they noticed us if we didn't ask.
