Zero star to the service provided by receptionist around 5pm today very rude and unprofessional

Extremely unsatisfactory experience. Had been sick atleast for more than week yet the doctor didn’t even try to examine or investigate the symptoms. Waited more than an hour just to hear from doctor that you can buy any medication over the counter. Left very shockingly unsatisfied with doctors behavior that felt rushed and uninterested. Would never recommend to any one seeking a genuine Medical Advice based on my experience.

They have got the worst service. Please refrain from going to this place and even if you go please don’t go to DR Mostofa. He is very unprofessional and treated me poorly when I was suffering (probably because I had no insurance).

My sister was sick and I called the office asking to talk to someone for an appointment. She put me on hold told me to wait a few minutes. 20 minute later no call.

I had an awful walk in experience with Dr Ghoneim. I came in for test results and got no help and was told to thank god and to praise him for my results being negative. I got multiple tests done and he only gave me one result and kept urging me to leave without giving me any real help or guidance.

If I could give minus stars I would. They give you the run around the entire time, they don't know how to answer your questions, they aren't on the same page, and they have terrible customer service.

Walked in at 9: 15am and checked in at reception with symptoms and health card (it took two people to figure out how to check me in.someone's computer system must have not been working.) The waiting room was pretty empty. Waited for an hour, and then another half hour. Once again, there's been very few people in and out.not like the waiting room was crowded or anything.at around 1.5 hours, overheard receptionist take a phone call stating that the current walk-in wait was 15 minutes. (after i had been waiting and checked in for 1.5 hours). Another client walked in and checked in at walk-in.they told her that she'd be next which is when i spoke up and explained that i'd been here for almost 2 hours.they couldn't find in the computer that i'd checked in but i suppose checked me in again and said i'd be next.still proceeded to put the other walk-in client in a room before me.after around 2 hours of waiting i finally got to wait in a room. Not a single brief apology either. (the first person to apologize for my wait was the doctor i spoke with when i asked if i should complain/mention my waiting situation to any higher-up.). In short, the receptionists appeared incompetent, clueless to the occupancy of the waiting room, and do not care enough to simply apologize upon realizing they've made a mistake.

Never go to this clinic. They said nothing is wrong with me. Now I'm having a bad allergy reaction.

I had a very very bad virus and instead they sent me home, when in reality I had to go to the hospital, most doctors here are rude and lousy.

Going to this Clinic and have Dr Ross see you is a total waste of time! I would like to stay home and bear the pain instead of seeing Dr Ross.

I'm very happy with my Family Physician of 9 years at Bison Family Medical. The support staff are pretty amazing as well, good follow-through/follow-up. Much improvement in this area!

Dr. Timothy Ross first impression for profanity and evicting my visitation for inquiry of referral seeking Mental Health therapy was unprofessional and not recommended.it is inevitable they receive patients to invoice Manitoba Health, however, 'may I kick you out' alongside coarse language.definitely doesn't embody medical practices to tend to well-being of those seeking remedial

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I came here with ear and throat pain, 2 weeks after having started a cold. I was told it would be a 1 hour wait, but I ended up waiting 3 hours, just for Dr. Ghoneim to tell me to go home and take some Advil. I am feeling very disappointed, as I had already been taking Advil and Tylenol daily for the past 2 weeks and I was hoping to receive some antibiotics to finally make the pain go away. I would not recommend this place.

I have visited the clinic for the second time now for my 2y old, and I was really pleased in both visits. The receptionist and doctor were kind and attentive to the need of my little one.

After waiting an hour, Dr. Ghoneim did not even examine me, and rushed through the whole visit. Didn’t get anything accomplished and don’t trust what he told me. Went in because I needed a throat swab, and he said there was nothing wrong with me at all. When I questioned him, he got defensive and just told me to that he “did a very good throat swab because he almost made me cry during it”. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I walked out without saying anything because he is useless. Going to get a second opinion tomorrow because i’m not convinced he knows much. After reading the reviews on him, I should have saved myself an hour and not gone in the first place.

I had a terrible experience at the clinic.
The clinic did not care about me when I was suffering from severe kidney pain.
They asked me to wait for about an hour, and my status is emergency.
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Rude receptionist.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Dr. Ghoneim, whose unprofessional behavior left a lasting negative impression on me. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism from someone who is entrusted with our health and well-being.

I strongly advise against visiting this clinic, as the doctors seem to have no understanding or concern for your symptoms. The only reason I initially chose this place was because they offered late hours. However, I have decided not to give them any more chances.

Mostafa Ghoneim is the worst doctor I've ever seen. When I get stitches in my finger he did not even wait to my finger get freez.

I came for a walk in to see my family doctor and the receptionist told me that I only have 3 people in front of me.
I am still waiting here for 1 hour and 20 minutes and the receptionist told me that I am the next. But, surprize! Two other people were invited in the rooms! When I asked her why, she told me that they have appointments, when I heard clearly at their check in that they were walking in.

This clinic is such a poorly run medical facility. I phoned requesting for a physical exam, as my normal doctor has left the clinic, and based on a recommendation from a friend, i asked for a specific doctor for a physical. The receptionist asked for my name, DOB, and verified that i had not had a physical within the past year, and then booked me 3 weeks later. No problems. The day of said appointment i get a phone message that my appointment has been cancelled because i am not a patient of that doctor. You knew that when i booked! I booked half a day off from work, and they tell me 4 hours prior. Worst part, not even an apology from the receptionist. Extremely rude, and oblivious to their own incompetence. The staff at McDonald's is more professional than them. Smarten up!

Dr Ross is the best gp myself and my wife have ever had. He's very professional and caring.

Dr. Mustafa Ghoniem is by far the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. He didn’t even try listening to my medical concerns, and was in a rush to get done with the visit. Please avoid him at all cost.

I am very disappointed in this clinic. One of my family members visited Dr. Ghoneim, he was very inattentive, didnt care to do any checks on them and sent home without any solution. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who needs medical attention.
