Black Pearl Coffee - Beans

Great coffee selection and roasts. Their roasts tend to be on the darker side. Fresh and delicious. The man thats always there is nice and helpful.

The location is a bit dodgy but let's be honest, if you're from Winnipeg you're used to it. Arguably worth the risk of getting stabbed.

Best coffee in the city and always incredible service. Worth it to visit the shop for the best selection, some of the beans are also available at Modern Coffee in a pinch.

Just started making espresso at home, so I went to their store and bought a bag of their espresso blend. It's super good, and was roasted the previous day. Can't get more fresh than that.

I recently moved across the street from Black Pearl coffee and my first morning I woke up to the amazing smell of fresh roasted coffee, so me and my husband walked over and met the most amazing gentlemen at the counter, unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was super helpful and super friendly.and to mention the coffee it was HEAVENLY. I would definitely recommend stopping by Black Pearl and trying their fresh roasted and ground coffee

Went to Co-op where they now sell Black Pearl coffee bought a pound of coffee and realized i bought beans instead of ground coffee. I have coffee just around the corner every day, so i thought i'd drop in to Black Pearl and get them to grind them up for me. A 1 minute job. Nope! So screw you Black Pearl! I've been going there for years. Customer service sucks. 1 minute of your time would of made me happy. DONE!

I come here every time I'm in Winnipeg. Great coffee, friendly folks, independent roaster. Best coffee roaster in Western Canada, imo.
