I regret I didn’t read the reviews before dealing with Bloomex. I can't remember when I experienced such terrible service. I ordered Roses & Wine Collection VI for my wife’s birthday. It costs more than 200 Canadian dollars, but surprisingly, I have been charged in US dollars, which increases the total amount to almost 300 dollars. And the reason was that I used an international card for the payment. Of course, there were no warnings about it. Later on, I found it in a policy slightly mentioned. Indeed, I “truly believe” that clients usually try to find and read policies before ordering flowers. Anyway, I can live with that, but I expected that at least the order would be done well. Eventually, the flowers were delivered almost in time but without the box of chocolates and with greeting card text poorly printed. Really? That issue with partially invisible text was reported by clients a few weeks ago, and Bloomex cannot fix their printer? ! When we contacted customer support regarding the incomplete delivery, they asked us to prove that by sending a picture of the delivery. It sounds like a kind of stupid joke. Finally, Bloomex declared that everything was OK with the order, and the problem was on our side, but they would refund the chocolate cost. I don’t know what the chocolates cost, but Bloomex refunded $9. So Bloomex charged more than the actual price was, didn’t deliver the entire order and with expected quality and blew the problem with the penny's worth of chocolates out of all proportion. This kind of service is supposed to bring joy to special occasions, but instead, they deliver disappointment and a bad mood. They shouldn’t be in this business.

I recently ordered something with next-day delivery but had to make changes to my order. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and accommodating service I received. They made the changes instantly, without any hassle. Great service at a fair price!

Great Service. Best Value! I know it’s Canada, but sometime you want to spend less than $100 to send flowers. Bloomex has a beautiful assortment of reasonably priced floral arrangements, an easy-peasey website to navigate and delivers on the order as promised. I will not only use them again, but will tell everyone I know about them.

BLOOMEX WPG HAS AN EMPLOYEE Chantel Joyal who is heavily in debt and close to having her wages garnished. So I would be wary about ordering from this firm as she has a history of ripping people off. Her employer should be checking the till regularly.

They don't even deserve a single star. Literally the worst idea ever. I ordered a bouquet and specially called (twice) to make sure the delivery would be from 7pm onwards because that's when I had time as I work all day and can't use my phone at work. Customer rep said they made a note to warehouse about that. It was out for delivery before 3pm and had to be sent back. I have to pay another delivery fee (about $18) to have it resent within 5-7 days if I still want it or cancel the order. With all due respect, I regret doing business with you guys.

I ordered one bouquet, a completely different one arrived. I also asked for a vase for this bouquet, but the support said that they didn't have a vase and they put candy. Terrible customer support and shipping. Never recommend to anyone.

Horrible experience! Will never use again. Bought flowers and paid extra for “next day delivery”…. Here we are 3 days later and still no order of flowers have arrived. All they can tell me is they are “on the way” every time I call but can’t give any time line as to when they will arrive. I DONT EVEN WANT THESE FLOWERS ANYMORE. I’ll be patiently waiting to see how many more days it takes before they even arrive + the condition they come in. (Probably dead) Such a waste of money. Do not recommend. Customer service is also very unhelpful.

Erik was extremely helpful working with me over the phone suggesting two plants for my daughter's new apartment. The free delivery was next day and arrived within the exact timeframe they said it would. Bloomex delivery times are good. The black coral snake plant was exceptional and came in a nice substantial pot, the hanging Mostera Ginny plant was a bit skimpy but very healthy. Overall I was very pleased and I highly recommend asking for Erik's assistance.

The flowers they delivered (yellow, white, pink) were nothing like I ordered (white & blue hydrangea). They never reached out to me to give me the option of choosing something else. When I emailed them they just said they didn't have what I ordered and the took the appropriate action to deliver what was available.
Why list a variety of options if in the end the customer receives whatever they have on stock? ! Terrible!

Great experience overall. Ease of ordering online. Next day delivery. Call when delivery person couldn’t access hospital. We were able to contact recipient to meet delivery person in lobby to receive. They were beautiful and exactly as online photo depicted.

I ordered a display for a memorial service but it had to be delivered to the church by a certain time because due to Covid the doors are not open except during a service. The staff were excellent and respectful of my loss and liaised directly with the Pastor to ensure all was in order. I’ve said it before and will say it again, Bloomex has the most beautiful flowers, beautiful combinations, great value, flowers that go on forever, and not that I’ve needed it, but my daughter in law says so, great customer service. And, I’m supporting farmers! What‘s not to love? Whenever my funeral is, in the hopefully distant future, I want Bloomex all over so everyone can take them home.

Bloomex is a SCAM! Never order from here! I was angry for a long time after they ruined my relatives funeral for me after sending me the most pathetic flowers. Customer service is awful if you can even get through to speak to someone. I almost filed a complaint with the city’s fraudulent goods and services department. And a journalist called me to discuss my awful experience because they were gathering evidence for a expose story. I can’t wait for the day this company is shut down. They 100% deserve it.

Brutal experience, flowers arrived half dead and a week early.they resent them out and still arrived a day early and my wife wasn't even at work that day and they just left them.ruined her Bday surprise twice.asked for some sort of a refund and all was offered was $15 off next purchase.why would I order again after this experience.

TLDR; They take your money and will find any way to not give it back. They will also find ways to charge you more when they can't deliver on advertised services. Also, their Customer Service agents have extremely poor communication skills when dealing with order issues.

I experienced the worst customer service I've ever dealt with as a consumer in the last order I made with Bloomex. There were several red flags for me that came up during the ordering process on the website, in my interactions with your customer service team over the phone, and also when emailing back and forth with the shop fulfilling the order:

1. False advertising - there was same-day evening delivery from 6-9pm offered online during the checkout process that I paid extra for. I specifically selected this option because my sister, whom I was sending the flowers to, works long hours at a hospital during the day and doesn't get home until late in the evening. I was informed over email that the shop was unable to deliver that late and that they would refund the price difference between regular and evening delivery. They then proceeded to deliver the flowers during the day, when I knew my sister would definitely not be home at that time. The major issue I had with this was that they falsely advertised their evening delivery hours on the website, and did nothing to compensate for it later.

2. Exceptionally poor customer service - Because they could only deliver between 1-5PM, I requested the next day that they try to deliver to the hospital, so someone could get the flowers to my sister while she was at work. I was told that I would need to pay $8 to get the flowers re-delivered. To me this was shocking because if they had just delivered last night during the time window that I paid for, I never would have ended up in this situation. On top of that, they never gave me back this “refund” for the difference between regular and evening delivery they promised earlier, yet they were asking me to pay more to get the flowers re-delivered. I was told repeatedly that this was “their policy” and that there was no way they could waive this fee for re-delivery. After further discussion the agent told me she would try to contact the courier and see if they could waive the fee, and that she would call me back in 15 minutes to let me know. This already seemed a bit ridiculous to me because if the courier needed to be paid for the delivery again, that’s something Bloomex should have covered the cost for in this situation. However, I let this go and hung up with the promise that she would call me back in 15 minutes. An hour passed and I never heard back, so I called the customer service line again, and had to explain my entire situation to an entirely new agent yet again. At this point, I simply wanted a refund because of how tedious this one order became. She told me the only thing they could do was give me a store credit and a 20% off coupon, or I had to pay the delivery fee, which they “reduced” for me to $6 instead of the $8. It wasn’t a matter of cost for me though, it was the principle of it. They should have admitted they were wrong for misleading me and done whatever needed to be done to get the order sent to my sister. As a consumer, if you pay a business for something they promised, you expect 100% that they will follow through on it, or give you your money back. I asked to speak to a manager after these options were given to me and I was told that they had already consulted with this said manager. I caved and paid the re-delivery fee, but felt really wronged for having to do that.

For a Canada wide operation, I expected much more here. I will not be doing business with Bloomex ever again, and I will be warning other people about this experience.

I used this service to order birthday flowers in advance, and specified the delivery date on the website and my order was accepted and my credit card charged.

This company was never able to fulfill the order on my preferred delivery date (which was never disclosed to me during any of the ordering process) and so delivery was made 3 days earlier than expected with product being left damaged and basically dead.

Customer service is brutal if you want to talk to anyone and they are unwilling to let you speak to a manager, transfer you or even treat you like a person. The call center reps argued with me, and were unsupportive of doing something to rectify the situation.

So easy to use and always delivered on time. Also they have great promotions and our clients have never been disappointed by the quality!
