They just charged my family extra $30 per person by informing that family information is missing and as per the website under PCC application it was not mandatory to fill out both father and mother name under family information. Either father name or mother name is acceptable as per the website and one of the representative made my wife to pay extra 30$ per person. This kind of fraud activity should be restricted as soon as possible. I am going to report this to MEA.

We had a really great experience at BLS Winnipeg. Staff is very helpful.
During our visit at BLS, MANPREET guided us through the process. She was very calm and patient with us, very positive person. She answered any questions that we had.
I must say that employees like MANPREET really makes a workplace positive.

I wish I could give them zero star. The aunty who work here is very rude. The aunty need to improve her attitude. The guys close at 4 pm we were there at 12: 30 but still they said they will not able to assist us. The aunty was so rude even she was saying she hs leave in 10,15 min. It was still 3 hours more left to close this office.

Visited Bls for passport renewal for my daughter. Process was smooth. I missed some documents but manpreet helped me with it and suggested i can come back anytime with proper documents and they will let me in. I came back and she helped in completing the process. Best experience.

I sent application through canada post to Brampton and they refused to receive.
I need answers for that why you can’t accept applications through another courier.
I can understand that other courier are not have pickup service so. Why I can’t select only drop off service? I can sent application through any courier is that make any problem to your office? The guy is not coming to deliver at your office?
Please give me email of manager so I can contact.
If I generate ticket and they simply write anything else and close ticket.

Really good experience today, helpful staff, the employee named Varun helping all the people, He is very quick and knowledgeable person, all staff members were doing their job honestly without wasting time.

BLS will try to push their courier service if you are sending your application through post. They will also lie to sell their courier services by saying that it is requirement per Government, which is not true, I have confirmed from Embassy. I completed my application by sending Canada Post Prepaid envelops and it worked fine. If in doubt send your application by register post of Canada Post. Don't pay them $110 for courier when you can get this done for around $30 ($15 for registered post and $15 for prepaid envelop).

Want to give 0 star but i don't have option. Sent application with each and every documents than too they returned my documents.

Varun was nice and resolved my concern with my application even after closing time but the lady was rude and made me feel awkward and asked me to come another day just because my passport booklet was damaged

If you have the appointment, it not take much time. I will be free in 10 mins after reaching there. Great service

We got professional service here. The girl at the desk was very polite and friendly. We were missing a few documents and she helped us to upload these documents at the spot and it served the purpose in a single visit. Thank You guys!

Bls staff is superb.got in right on my app. Helped to complete a few parts of the application and it worked right at spot.

I would give more than 5 stars if there would be an option. One of their staff member namely, Harsh kumar was extremely helpful that he helped me to book the appointment over the phone call and very patiently he guided me all the things. I dont know about others reviews but for me the staff was really very nice.

Complete useless, no one picks up the phone. How is someone suppose to clarify there questions, appointment is 2 months wait and nobody picks the phone. Extend your hours from 8: 00-1: 30pm to 5: 00.pm if you cant keep up with the applications

Need appointment for getting stuff done. And in order to get appointment we phone etc, IVR service is ridiculously low budget and annoying. I don't get this if call gets disconnected automatically or someone does it on purpose to avoid waiting. I bet this service is among the one of the roughest. I request Govt. Of India not to waste time on these kind of unhelpful service. Please understand the frustration of canadian people or NRIs either improve this or shutdown we don't need any service.

Do we need appointments for pcc. Because I went there and they said that you need to book appointment first. And I am trying on their website to book appointment but unable to book appointment. Please let me know

I will just share my experience to understand how bad their service is. When I try to call the BLS phone number, it prompts me to use the contact escalation form and automatically disconnects the phone. When I used the contact escalation form, I got a reply saying to contact them again, the same phone number which I called last day. I believe this will explain how excellent their service is. Terrible

I've been helped by a lady.she was very helpful and respected. People always complain about her that she is mean and disrespectful but all she do is follow the rules. I think she is a nice lady

Seriously felt I should share my experience. Wonderful staff, proffesional and responsible. Manpreet kaur and the other male employee both were so helpful. Both did the best in every way possible to get my passports till the last minute of their shift. Really Appreciate your work guys. Big thanks.

Was a real good experience. Applied for passport renewal and OCI card, both received on time. As long as you have all the documents mentioned by them or in the website, it an easy process. Everything was smooth and clearly explained. There could be waiting time, around 30 minutes to an hour depending on the time of visit.

There should be an option for 0 star. I am only selecting 1 star because without choosing it I can’t even review. Worst customer service + very confusing website. There is no option on the website to pay the fee electronically. They are charging high price for courier (purolator) and we can’t even mail our documents by ourselves, looks like big portion of the courier is going to BLS. The fee for the courier is same as the passport renewal fee. Customer service representatives gives misleading information, I talked to more than 1 representative and all the answers were different. The payment link to generate the shipping label was kind a fishy. Very outdated website.
