I was having issues with my card during checkout and the lady at the register took my name and offered to put my items aside for me so i could come back once things are figured out at the bank.even though my friend ended up paying for my items for me it was greatly appreciated as they were christmas gifts

Usually i love it here but employee refused to do a return and repurchase on just a different card for me when i realized i had a gift card.understand its their return policy but i was still taking the items.not returning them.frustrating:/

Finally a store that has my style for cheap I've shopped here multiple times now and everytime the employees have been really nice and helpful I don't understand what the bad reviews are talking about this is my favorite place to shop for clothes

Jade was spectacular. Excellent customer service! I could see them doing very well in any type of sales. Jade helps me find what I need so quickly and finds wonderful pairings/deals for me. Bluenotes is lucky to have such an amazing asset to their store!
