Blufish Japanese Restaurant

Ive been eating at Blu Fish for years now, always top quality food, top quality service. But i am upset as the last time i was there (march 18). I had ordered takeout, and the server was very rude to me. Mocked me and was condescending, and short with me. I dont know what happened as i was nothing but friendly and curtious to her.: (

Food was excellent but service was much less than what I'd expect in a place like this. My main course was served 15 mins after my partner's. Not acceptable.

Great place to stop in for sushi downtown. Quick friendly service and fantastic high quality sushi.

Our favourite Sushi spot for dine-in or takeout. The BluFish Scallops are served aflame and are absolutely delectable, but best tried when dining in.

This is the only sushi restaurant in Winnipeg to offer gluten-free tempura! The is the best sushi restaurant in Winnipeg in terms of food and service! The atmosphere is okay. I recommend take out. I love the Spicy Ben Roll and the Banana Tempura with Frozen Custard! It's like a banana-cream pie! Yum!

Blufish is definitely one of the best sushi places in Winnipeg! They have a bit of a higher price point, but it’s worth every penny. Quality is always fantastic and the servers are super friendly and helpful. I have never eaten something here I didn’t absolutely love! From the Blufish flaming scallops, the salmon sashimi, the deluxe tempura, the lobster roll… all sooo good! You won’t be disappointed!

Ordered through skip but never got the food. What’s the point in spending $40+ waiting 1.5 hours for your order, then having to spend 45 minutes letting the delivery company know it wasn’t delivered? They should drop skip.

Loved it, the food was so good and the plated made it lovely to look at. Will go there again for sure

Emmm, I could say it was a disappointed dinner experience. The price it was high for such rolls like these in small portions, but it taste ok. The deep fried soft shell crab was a disaster to try, and it cost $15. It was my first time to be here, and I don't know where all these high five comments came from. Service was fine.

Quality of the food. As well as the food it's self were very good. The service was a bit slow, but they were rather busy. Smaller menu size but still a good amount of different choices.

The 2 rolls I ordered were off/rotten.
Very small portions for price.
Can't believe this is being serviced to humans.
Theres Better sushi from gas stations.
Refund was in order they put it on Uber when they are the 1s that make the food. Not Uber.
Was offered anything but 10% on next purchase. Ya I'm really going back!

I'd argue (debate) it's the best sushi.not "westernized" sushi the city has to offer

Food was great and very tasty—I liked the Spicy Ben the most. The Tuna Tataki was also really good!
