I had my first workout this morning. The class was fantastic! The coach was incredible, super energetic for 6: 25am. She made sure I knew how to correctly do the exercises and helped me modify if I couldn’t do one. Can’t wait for the next one!

I had great results in 8 weeks, I actually enjoyed the food/recipe selection. Coaches were fantastic and motivating. I haven’t been going as often as I’d like, but can’t wait to get back into the groove for even greater results 10/10...
