Boston Pizza

Boston Pizza makes one of the best vegan pizzas I have tasted anywhere. The vegan cheese is quite tasty and cheese-like, and the toppings and crust are excellent. Servers are friendly and good at what they do.

Came for a family night out with my children and their grandparents. It was wonderful. Kids menu was excellent and the food tasted great. Perfect place for young children. Will come again.

Our server was Bailey, the service was really good she checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. We went around 1am and the service was still excellent, the food was really good as always. I recommend this place for a late night with friends. You don’t need your ID for the restaurant area which was convenient for us because one of our friends forgot their ID. I believe the manager was outside too at the end of the night and made sure everything was excellent. Really recommend.

Writing a new review to give a shout out to my girl Isabelle (or Isabella?) who served me and my boyfriend a couple times.she's kind and funny and just a delight to be served by.thank you so much!?

Server named Isabelle was super nice and helpful, she wiped the table for us, was very accommodating. 10/10, you got a very good employee, deserves a promotion!

Usually a great place to visit. I usually order the all meat bites. At this location, the meat bites were super dry and had basically no sauce.

Kitchen staff and hostess could be heard swearing at each other from my table. Was not good considering my kids were with us.

Pizza is really really good I love this Pizza, there is only one problem with Boston Pizza now a days is that 8s cost way to much! I would go there every time I wanted Pizza if they were a bit better priced but it seems to cost 2 whole days of work to go here for only 2 people sadly other than that 5 stars.

After not visiting this location for nearly a year (not for any particular reason, just isn't nearby), we had the same waitress (sweet older lady) as last time, and she remembered my daughter. Great restraunt experience.

Very disappointed at today’s order, we are regular customers from this restaurant at least 1/ week. We ordered for a family of 3 and today’s portions were for 1 person. I do have to say time delivery was good and also the food was tasty!

Went in for brunch with a friend, was totally empty for a quite peaceful meal. I will recommend it for a friends brunch date. Food is okay. Staff is nice but isn’t available quickly. I know covid has slowed down restaurants traffic but be considerate of people of come in for dining. Otherwise good for a casual meal.

Came here after work late at night since it was the only thing open in the area. Staff was friendly and fast.

I ordered a penne rose pasta and this is what I got when I said and complained about it the delivery guy said they will send a new one and they sent it exactly the same second time. Is this pasta really worth $20? I expected better Boston pizza. Spinach and artichoke dip was okay. But the pasta sauce was so watery almost absorbed by the pasta so it was almost like boiled pasta with cut vegetables.

Love the place. There's gluten free options too. The afternoon time was slow and barely crowded so perfect for catching up with friends over pizza and beer.

Since when did a medium pizza cost $28.99 + tax + tip = $39. We ordered a Hawaiian and it hardly any pineapple on it. Won't be back anytime soon sorry. Service was great though.

My hubby just ordered the honey dill chicken sandwich but it came without the chicken. When we called we spoke to management and they said that the staff are saying that they put it on there. I am only leaving this review so that the untouched food can be seen in the photo.

I also have to write that they have offered to send a certificate in the mail for the sandwich and so we do appreciate that.

We came here to this location after a team sport. There was about 8-10 of us. The service was not great. Didn’t take drink orders until about 30 minutes after arrival. When she did she only asked half the table, disappeared and we had to constantly get the attention of another server. She also forgot two orders, didn’t even punch them in. Again tried to order another round, only half the table received the drinks and then the bills came out. No one asked for the bills. She then disappeared, but we could see her chatting with other co workers near the kitchen and eventually we had to flag down the manager and thankfully he was very good about the situation.
I’d like to say it was busy, but it wasn’t. It was quite late and we were in the restaurant side. Only a few tables.

I’ve said it once (on yelp) and I’ll say it again! This is the BEST Boston pizza in the country hands down! Don’t kid yourself into going downtown, this Boston Pizza is so good! Service 20/10, Food 20/10 and wait time… wow only 15-20 mins for food? !? Go here if you want Boston Pizza!

Been there a few times in the past. After requiring covid 19 passport id, I'm not going to this place anymore. Supporting only businesses that do not discriminate people.

We were greeted promptly by Sam. Served properly by Sam. Followed health protocols. Food was delicious. Vibe of employees and ambience of place was positive.

Covid guidelines are still in effect. Must show proof of vaccination and id. Staff was super friendly and waitress was the perfect amount of attentive. Prices are very reasonable and food was delicious! Received food in about 10-15 minutes after ordering. Would definitely go back here again! Thanks for a great experience BP!

The food was good but the customer service was too much to the point that we felt like they wanted us to leave. From being asked if we needed a box for our food (while we were still eating) to being interrupted every few minutes, it made us so uncomfortable that we left halfway through our meal

It was a good experience. Service was to standard. A small mix up with our order was handled very quickly. Thanks for the good time!

The food was delicious. The service was also great in the beginning, but as the meal progressed we were made to feel uncomfortable with frequent interruptions asking weather we wanted something else this was happening while we were still eating. It got to the point were we had to ask if everything was ok and was very sweetly answered in the affirmative but the interruptions did not stop. In the end would just like to say that customers should be given the space to enjoy the meal.

Pizza and other food was tasty. We all enjoyed alot. Little bit expensive but taste was good too.
Service was very fast and staff members were also very active and polite.

The wings and Yam fries were nice. The place is cozy inside. If you’re looking to a catch a game in the evening this is a good place to chill

I'm usually not a fan of BP, food is medicore all the time but I had their steak sandwich with a Ceasar side salad. The only good meal I've ever had there. Server was good.

Always loved their pizza. Staff is friendly. I usually get their Meateor or spicy perogy pizzas.

Ordered the jambalaya very disappointing I don't know if it's cause I took a take out barely any sauce barely any shrimp that was the Boston pizza on pembina hwy

Great place to eat out, just a bit pricey for my liking. Even so the pizza was awesome, and do me a favor and get cactus cuts for a side. You won't regret it.

I got wrong order through uvereats and i called them to let manager know and he send my order within 5 min to doorstep and told me to keep the last order. Thanks for it

Perfect service and friendly team
We celebrated my son’s birthday and they were so nice. The place was beautiful indoors. Air conditioned well. VERY well designed. Very good lighting and everything about indoors was good. The place was so clean it was like they cleaned it every minute. The bathroom was very clean too. COVID precautions were taken. Outside was very beautiful and clean too. There were umbrellas to eat in the shade. The place indoors was very beautiful. The staff were all enthusiastic and amazing. There were TVs outdoors and indoors and they were good TVs not just cheap ones. The place was very fancy, food was served on clean plates and clean utensils. I can’t describe how good the food, the service, the place was. The only thing I could find that could be better was that one table outdoors was shaky. Other than that the place indoors and outdoors was very beautiful. Same with the food, it tasted amazing. The place is a 10 out of 10! I recommend it!

It was great from the phone ordering service to when we picked up. The waiter brought our food to our car and even strikes up a quick and positive conversation with us and had a genuine presence. So far no complaints and food was delightful.

I dined at this restaurant today and the waiters were really nice and all the food there were very professional quality! If you or your family wants to get some very good quality pizza and more, I really recommend for you to come to this restaurant!

I have been calling ahead and picking up, the pizzas are always ready when they say it will be, plus the associates are always friendly!

Worst Experience of my life. The server attitude towards us (International Student) was not good as compare to other tables. Which gave me feeling of an outsider in the country and was very disrespectful. It was my first experience with the boston pizza and they have disappointed me. Such a shame!

Order was 15 minutes late and the pizza and cactus cuts are room temperature, not even warm let alone hot. The delivery driver brought it in his hands, not a warming bag so that's probably why. Used to love Boston Pizza now they're just overpriced mediocrity.

My friend and I had a late night snack in the lounge of this restaurant. It was not busy, with only two other tables active aside from the two of us. We were not greeted with any menus after sitting in the booth for 15 minutes. My friend went up to the bar to ask one of the servers if we could grab a menu, one of the servers pleasantly handed them to us however our ACTUAL server was the most rudest young woman we have ever encountered. She looked very unhappy to serve us, did not tell us any of the specials unless asked, and not once did she check up on us- asking how our food was and if there was anything else we needed once the food was brought.

She was too busy socializing with all of her friends (who were not working but sitting in the front booth beside the bar) laughing and talking to even pay attention to us. While at our table, she not once had a smile on her face and looked like she had the most miserable time having to only serve ONE table in the lounge at 10: 00 pm on a Wednesday night on February 12th. She made us feel very unwelcomed and it was as if we were a nuisance to her and her priority to socialize with her friends.

I managed to catch the servers name on our bill - Emma, short blonde hair with big blue eyes and will be contacting the general manager Heather at this restaurant regarding this unpleasant and horrible service. Even if this server did have a bad day, was not feeling well or she was upset about something, that is no excuse to treat customers the way she treated us, especially when you're working in the restaurant industry.

On the positive side, the food at BP was nonetheless great as always. It is unfortunate that the service was not up to par.

I was in a group, everybody got their beverages and waters.mine was forgotten. Everybody got their food.my was forgotten. But I was the first one to get the Bill. So next time I'll choose better place to go to.

Boston Pizza used to be decent. I've been there 3 times this year for family and friend gatherings and got sick bad all times. I've heard this from multiple sources. I am not sure if they changed suppliers or what but I won't be going back ever again for food. Gets 2 stars for the fish bowl deal.

Standard pizza pasta portion sizes are small I had a burger and fries you get maybe a handful of fries way more plate than food

The cutlery is really shiny, I appreciate that. The service was quick and food was served in a timely manner. Although my jokes were funny the waitress didn’t laugh at them FYI the rest of the participants in this dining event did indeed find comedic value in my previous shaggy-dog story. When asked to continue my dude perfect video progress starting at 5 minutes and 24 seconds on the most recent upload she denied and claimed that it was not possible. I know full well that this is possible because I was just watching it at home. I also was denied permission to park in the staff parking with my freshly washed corolla LX when I presented the receipt that I had gotten from the car wash literally 10 minutes I would also like to note that I have Boston pizza decals on my car because of my pure love for the franchise. I am deeply disappointed that I was unable to park in my desired spot. The food was great as usual. I eat here 4-6 days a week and will never stop. God bless this franchise.

Not my favourite restaurant, went with others. Pleasantly surprised. The food was better and prices were more reasonable. Staff could have been a bit friendlier and helpful.

Recommend their spagetti with the red sauce and pepperoni with some melted cheese on top. Not a big fan of their chicken parmesan. Made from frozen mass produced breaded chicken breast. Good atmosphere and relatively fast service

Our daughter, my wife and I shared a large Mediterranean pizza and appetizers. The service was excellent. The calamari texture was very palatable and the breading crisp and tasty. The wings were done just the way I like them with plenty of juicy meat per wing. The French onion soup was salty but I like that so yeah. I like meaty pizza. The Mediterranean has no meat. I like the Mediterranean. Go figure.

Quick service. We enjoy ordering pickup. They have parking up front for pick orders and it is helpful. They did mess up my order the last time by missing one item. It was a quick phone call and within 15 minutes later there was a driver at my door. Hot and fresh. Will continue going back even though that mishap. But we are all human and it is a busy restaurant.

Update, 2019: sad to say they changed their menu and took away our favorite pastas. The new shrimp alfredo was very bland and runny sauce like soup. I tried the hungry carnivore but mostly pasta and not enough sauce, but spicy if u like that. I guess no more pasta Tuesday
The staff is still awesome though!
