Boston Pizza

The service was awful. We waited for at least 15-20 minutes before anyone attended to us. Then they took so long to serve us the food. The food was cold as well. None of the staff members came to check up on us. We had to stand up and get them to take our orders. This was the worst Boston pizza I had been to. I felt like we weren’t welcomed into the restaurant. The staff was not friendly at all.

The food was delicious. The host akashi was very kind and checked upon the food every 10 minutes even when there was a game rush. Very delicious food and great service. Looking forward to order again.

I love the Cactus cut fries and wings while my friends enjoy the cauliflower bites so this has become a regular spot. Especially with their appy hour after 9pm to close daily makes it even more worth it. The music and atmosphere Especially during games days also makes the spot worthwhile.

Came here with the kids before à jets game. Let’s be clear it’s a 4 star for how well they do for kids. Food is always standard and consistent, the service always good. We got seated quickly and the waitress arrived in due time as well. Great spot for the family before heading to the Jets!

Visited here was greeted promptly at the front door, taken to a seat, waited over 10 minutes and nobody came to help me or acknowledge my presence. I left, also without anyone acknowledging me. Went across the street to Elephant & Castle.

Kaithlyn is my favourite lounge girl! She’s always genuine with her service and always has a welcoming smile on her face.

I like the variety in the menu, but for "microwave" food it's pretty $. Ironic, but out of all the things on their menu I dislike the pizza the most.

Great pre-game spot prior to a Winnipeg Jets game; very convenient location. Good food and atmosphere. Our server Kiara M.did a great job getting us looked after.

I ordered on Valentine's Day to get the heart shaped pizza and wings. The online ordering said 20 minutes but when I got there I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. There was a long line of people for dine-in, skip drivers and take-out orders. It took around 15 minutes for staff to acknowledge the people ordering take-out. They seemed to prioritize the dine-in and skipthedishes drivers. My food was ready an hour and 15 minutes after ordering and was cold so it had been sitting for a while as well. This will be the last and only time I order here if this is what you get for spending close to 70 dollars. Very disappointing.

Don’t waste you’re time going here. The manager is horrible. They don’t accept pictures of passports for identification. Makes sense for serving alcohol, but my friend and I are international students and wanted to sit in the dining area and the manager told us she wanted physical ID. I don’t know anyone who would carry around their passport in public just to prove vaccination in the risk of losing their passport. We have been here before and staff had accepted the picture ID, but I guess the manager decided to lose 2 customers. I will never recommend this location or go here again. Other restaurants, bars and even theatres always accept our Picture ID. Just a lack of compassion or even the will to listen to customers, no thank you.

Daughter had Alfredo sauce with pasta and it had so much ground pepper, she shouldn’t eat it. Never had that at any other location. Not sure about dine in. We threw it out. Not good for takeout. Pizza was hard to eat.

The service was ok.
But the food as always taste bad.they need to start using fresh food instead of frozen.

This is what $14.99 of wings gets you. I got a side Caesar salad too and it all came to almost $30. Really disappointed in the cost for what I got, and I didn’t like the taste. Will not be ordering takeout again from here (wpg). I’ve had wings at the restaurant before so not sure why these were so bad.

Mediterranean pizza was not great to me. It was just ok. I need to give 5 stars to Ashley H for her friendly service.

Had some great chats with Ashley and Ilayda, they are so friendly! They also recommended cactus nachos which were AMAZING.in times like these, genuine experiences like this make people's day. Thanks boston pizza! Stay safe out there

Horrible service they tried to racial profile us trying to make up pay before eating I would no advise yall to eat there.too bad because I've never had a problem at the other B. P's

Definitely one of the best locations in the city especially on a game night. Tremendous service and the value on “Pasta Tuesday” is very good.

Amazing and delicious pizza. I had a nice experience in Boston pizza. The staffs were warm service and friendly. I will recommend it to my friends.

I had ordered delivery off skip the dishes. We ordered 2 burgers with fries and other items. We opened up the bags to find our two side of fries were missing. Skip the dishes was no help at all. I decided to call Boston pizza directly and the manager (I forget her name but she signed CK) was so nice to offer a delivery for the fries or Boston bucks. Such great customer service compared to skip the dishes. I will order directly with the restaurant next time!

Very disappointed with the service, they just punch my order number when I arrived there, very very disappointed and I will never ever pick any order from Boston pizza in future. I wait for more than half hour.

I have come to love the "Pasta Tuesdays" The Spaghetti with Bolganise Sauce with an order of Meat Balls is my very favorite. The Garlic Toast is the best in Winnipeg as far as I'm concerned. Definitely a must try for pasta lovers.

Did takeout only. Staff are super friendly and very helpful with menu selections. Having said that the prices are off the charts for what I got! The pizza is 2.5 out of 5. It didn't taste very good, sorta cardboard texture as well. And the wings were 3.5 out of 5. They were tasty but dry and a very good sized wings (I got the deep fried ones). Next to no sauce on them and was told the Cajun ones were very hot. Not so, Tabasco is hotter. Very wimpy wings imo. There is way better pizza & wings out there. And the price? FUGETABOUTIT!

Dont waste your time with this place unless you got vaccine. Any restaraunt who tries to force you to be vaccinated to enter doesnt deserve any support.

I was extremely disappointed in the salad I picked up yesterday. The pineapple beat and goat cheese salad for almost $18 plus taxes wasn’t even worth five bucks.
Canned pineapple shame shame!
Five or six crumbles of goat cheese ridiculous!

Shivers was okay but trying to play vlts is not right 15 minutes should be the only way to hold the machines

We've ordered from this location quite a few times and eaten in a few times. Definitely a lot better eating in. Delivery sucks. They always forget items and the quality just falls off a cliff. We've had every issue under the sun. And you won't get any help. Its not great.

Last night we went there for supper. It was not busy in the restaurant only two other tables but they are super busy with take out. I started with a coffee that was cold. Waitress immediately apologized and offers to replace it. My meal was excellent except cold. I wasn’t even going to say anything but my husband mentioned it when the waitress came she immediately noticed the manager. Even though I told him it was okay he insisted on paying for my meal. He was straightforward and apologized and said “ it was a timing issue” (my husbands order had to be baked so I think mine was ready but they waited until his came out from under the broiler.). I total respect a restaurant that can admit stuff happens and they still make it right. Boston on Mary Street is my go to place when I’m in the city and this experience just confirmed they take care of there clients. Good job Boston’s

Love Bps pasta Tuesday. Always get the ravioli with meatballs with extra sauce and cheese with Garlic bread.

Friendly staff, tasty food - enjoyed 'Appy Hour' menu choices - and watching the hockey game on their big screen in the bar/lounge.

I usually go to the lounge, I love the happy hour deals. Unfortunately no happy hour on game day otherwise would be 5 stars

This is a great location for drinks with friends or for family dinners. The staff are awesome and always welcoming. Our daughter is always excited to come here for dinner. Our family loves Boston Pizza!

Stopped by with friends after the Blue Bomber Grey Cup parade, and ordered a vegan gluten-free option. Pizza with cauliflower crust, spinach, tomato and new vegan cheese:) this pizza was fantastic! The crust was fluffy and crispy, the new vegan cheese was definately comparable to mozzarella smooth creamy and stringy.delicious! The best vegan gluten-free pizza I have had, hands down:)

Normally pretty good although today I ordered a new dish, the Chorizo Mac and Cheese. In addition to the noodles not being macaroni, it didn't feel at all like a mac and cheese dish, it tasted like a generic penne pasta dish. The price relative to the size and the amount and quality of the ingredients was also a big let down. Definitely suggest against ordering this. Getting our bills also took a long time and then I had to ask twice for a stamp on my card.

Ordered take-out and the service was 10/10. Both Kaithlyn and Dayna were very courteous and sweet while taking my order. When I got home I realized part of my order was missing and they immediately sent a delivery guy with the missing part of the order. When it comes to the food, the pasta was ok/meh and the dessert was very good!

My aunt and i are indigenous and the waitress lady made us pay for our meal first and left us there away from everybody haaaaaaaaaa

A very classy place to dine, that much is certain. Very friendly staff, great food and service. The overall environment has a cool temperature to promote recreational enjoyment. The food and services are well worth the price, it's definitely a treat to dine there.

Staff are always friendly and Service is always great! Food is always hot and drinks are always cold!

It's everything you normally expect from BP.except this location has staff that will make your evening/event amazing!
