Boston Pizza

Mild and honey garlic wings were nearly flavorless and cold, Caesar was ok, ravioli bites were hard and cold, pizza was bland and cheese wasn't properly melted. This was on a sunday and not very busy. My wife didn't want to complain and wait for a remake as she was very hungry. This chain as a whole has really gone downhill over the last few years and the food tastes like it was purchased from the lowest priced supplier without regards to quality. If my kids didn't enjoy the desserts and drinks I would never return to any of their locations.

Came here with my family of 5 and we were lucky enough to have Katie H easily one of the top servers at this fine establishment, will come again!

Me and some friends stopped by before a rave and got some shots. Best service we’ve had in awhile. He went above and beyond! Mr micheal the bartender left us so happy and honestly not wanting to go to the rave and just stay with him. Thank you Boston pizza! I love you

The waiter (Damian) was excellent, very professional and even remembered my Grandmother, Mother and myself from our visit in July. Thank you for a very enjoyable visit to BP.

The waiter was curious, friendly and personable. Was still checking on us when there was a delay in the kitchen, went above And beyond to make sure we got charged accordingly for our meal. (We didn't even ask for him to do that) and the food was impeccable as always.

Yes, we would come back here again.

Great food but too bad it took longer than expected. I've been to other BP locations for lunch and had my food 15 minutes after I ordered. This was almost 25 minutes, some of us do have limited time for breaks during working hours.

Always enjoy my time here, however, there was a large crowd this time that were constantly yelling at people across the bar that were with them and that really made it annoying to sit there and enjoy myself with my sister.

Great spot, it has become very mainstream but manages to not be dominated by just burgers and pizza. Love their pizza, but love more that they have more than just finger food.

We had the pleasure of being served by Imran this evening. The service was excellent from start to finish. He was kind and friendly. We will be coming back soon and will definitely ask for him to serve us.

I will give zero if I could, poor service.no managing structure, food quality is poor, no clean crockery. Poor manager service to allow seats. Please don’t go there, if you want to spend your money.

Food was good and drink was good. We were seated the lady asked what we would like for drinks then after 15 minutes a different girl came to ask if we needed drinks the first girl did not put in order so we ordered food at the same time as ordering drinks the second time were kinda busy. So we waited a bit longer for food which is understandable. Then the first lady who seated us came to ask how things were. I asked for a take out container after another 15 minute wait i asked the other server if she could get me one. They had 1 big table full and the one girl was handling it all the one who actually brought us food and drinks.why would the other girl bother asking or taking orders if she wasnt going to come back. Food was great but sorry felt forgotten alot and felt bad asking the girl working her butt off.

We had really amazing experience at Boston Pizza on Mcphillips. We were family of 7, we all ordered different food. The food was served hot and delicious. No waiting like less than 15 minutes after ordering food. Clean and pleasant space to spend time with family.

Boston Pizza on Mcphillips is the best BP in the city. Bailey the server is so friendly in the lounge. This location is so well run. Can tell the managers care about their staff and customers.

Honestly it was great. We have been going to restaraunts (not bp) and leaving disappointed alot lately. This time we had amazing service in the lounge. Thank you!

We (8ppl in our party) ate here for my son's birthday and we were not disappointed. The food was great and the service was excellent! Especially our server JOSHUA! He did an amazing job.

Our family loves the mcphilps location.
We have good friends that work the bar.
Some of the servers are nice sorry but not all of them.
We have our birthday parties there that's why we keep going back there.

I love BP food but recently the service has been disappointing. The other weekend, we didnt even get a waitress, the hostess had to do everything for us. Even then, we werent being taken care of. Other times, it takes our waiter/waitress so long to take our order and check up on us to see if we need anything. Particularly in the lounge where it’s usually pretty dead. I’ve wanted wings and they only had boneless left, I know not their fault but it sucked.

And chicken sandwich came out cold once and the manager wanted us to eat the cold food well we waited for the fresh stuff and he had said it would be 5 minutes and it still was awfull. And server didn't ask mother if she wanted anything else. 4: 45 to 655 pm was the visit

It's Boston Pizza. Like many others I've been too, the service is friendly and the food consistent and good. We had the deluxe and it was delicious.

I did however order hot wings and asked if was sauced with Frank's Red Hot, I was told YES. But it was in fact sauced in their house buffalo sauce. Little too hot for my liking. But forgivable. They were still tasty af.

Wow, terrible don't know what they have a list for when they don't even call you back, waited over an hour and no call back, seen people going in and out constantly. Worst winnipeg restraunt experience of my life, Mcphillips loaction

Went to Boston Pizza, with my cousin and sister in law and an another friend. We all celebrating our birthdays. The food was so delicious that some of us took the food home.

Bad customer service. Didn't even offered seating. Used excuse that kitchen is not able to keep up with orders.

Food was delicious.true BP Pasta! Onion rings were good too. Did takeout this time, and they didn't include any cutlery or napkins.

Me and my some friends visited around 10pm today and they refused to serve us just because we did not have physical id where as all other places we visited they accepted our mobile id. This is pathetic it was just they did not want to serve a large group of people. You guys seriously need better customer service. I would rate it 0 if it was an option.

Avoid - Went on a Tuesday night with a softball team. Was going to get draft special where pitchers were 15. Waitress convinced us to get team sized one which was 30. When it came to food, was told all gourmet pasta was 13.

Service overall was slow and a couple on our table asked for a bill early. Took about 15 mins to get that bill.

When the rest of us got our bills and who all shared the pitcher, we found out they were 40 per pitcher. It would have been cheaper to go with the special.

Then I noticed my past was not 13, but was 17.

What a freakin joke this place is. Completely misleading pricing. Or if the waitress didn't really know, LOOK IT UP before providing false information.

Will never, ever go back.

Got inside the restaurant, was sited for around 10 minutes and no one came by to take our orders, not even the drinks. So basically we decided to leave. Very disappointed to see that some Boston Pizza branch’s don’t keep up with good services expectations.

Disappointed in the pizza we ordered. Very dry and hardly any sauce. HOWEVER.the manager did come over and went the extra mile to fix it for us (giving us a refund) although she was willing to redo it. The server was very friendly and obliging although he was slow in getting our bill. (I think this was in part because of how the province has jacked the restaurant sector around so much because of the covid "pandemic" they are having a hard time getting their staff back.)

It was great to be able to be back in a restaurant! Everyone in my family enjoyed the food. The service was very good. Please get out and support your local restaurants. Be safe. Be smart. Get vaccinated. Keep your community safe.

The waitresses were nice but the actual service was bad. Some food was made wrong, they comped it. But the rest didn't taste that great. This used to be my favorite location!

This location makes the best food and best service. We only order pizza from the McPhillips branch because it is always top notch. We went last night and Kamel was our waiter and we really enjoyed his service.

Great service all around! Our server was very attentive and the manager even came by to check up on us! We felt safe dining in. Food was tasty as always. The new dessert pizza was a hit- everyone must try!

It was good but they forgot to put shrimp in my jambalaya fettuccine so was a bit disappointed: (

Good time at McPhillips BP. Little disappointed at shift changeover as we sat for about 20 minutes till the new server showed up. Overall good time

Shoved us in a dark corner of the patio with the storage after we waited almost an hour. Extremely dissatisfied, we ended up leaving.

The issue here is price why buy a pizza for 9 bucks bare 8", when u can get one at ZA on Main street Wpg north for 12 bucks unlimited toppings. Boston has pretty skirted staff but that has been a long time since pretty girls serving me was a mitigating factor when going out. Not a good value by any means. But if vanity and sports is your thing go for it.

Their cleanliness and social distancing is fabulous right now. All staff were wearing masks at the Polo Park location the entire time I was their. Tried the Bruschetta and of course had my Peach Bellini and it was a great afternoon.

We ordered ribs tonight and they were melt in your mouth delicious. The meat was so tender! I am extremely picky with food, so if I say it was good, it was amazing. My husband ordered onion rings as a side and he said they were crunchy and perfect. The caesar salad is always a favorite of ours and we only get it from BP; I never order from anywhere else. Jade took my order and he was so kind, polite and attentive. The staff when my husband went to pick up were awesome. The order was ready in no time. Kudos to the staff for working so hard and diligently with this pandemic. I would recommend ordering from this location.

My son had a special request one evening early in 2021 - order the Tropical Chicken pizza from BP. It has been a favourite of ours for a while. To say it was horrible is an understatement. Very little chicken and what chicken there was wasn't spicy at all, the alfredo sauce non existent. The menu claims there is to be bacon but I guess they ran out of bacon on that day. We've been very aware about where we order from and are wanting to support local as much as possible. Shame on us for thinking that with the pandemic happening and local restaurants being looked at first for service that chains may pick up their game but I guess not. We will be going back to our locally owned pizza restaurants again.

Had a chicken Thai wrap, it was really good and portion was also not bad. Plus the service was not bad at all. Would visit again

Panookie here is too delicious. My favourite thing to try in desserts. It is made of chocolate pan cookie served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate and caramel sauces resulting in perfect combination. Overall it is the best

Price are so high to what it tastes, they removed the platters, thats the only one that I buy to this place. Won’t be back unless someone treat me.

Fast seating by one of the friendly staff, good food (came hot) and wasn't rushed had a good time.

Always feels like home. Would like to see more local craft beers served. Food is always good. Staff is awesome. Sure wish they would lower some prices though. Definitely the most expensive casual dining place out there. A final.bonus point.very cool to see big franchises supporting local beers. BTW bring back 1919 by little brown jug.

No space to eat so went to the lounge and tables are reserved and had to have our pizza within an hour but the pizza was delicious but a noisy lounge

I.really.this is the first time I tried their pizza and I don't think I'll try again.even though I love shrimps, looking at it raw on a pizza scared me. If it was sushi I ordered, I'd understand.but pizza.in the oven and all.how?

Great place to eat whether you want pizza or other dishes. Liquor can be had in the restaurant or lounge, with reasonable prices.

Price is a little on the higher side, but if there is a Jets or Bomber game on, and you want to feel the energy of the crowd without going to the MTS Center, this is the place to go! Plus, during games, when you buy certain drinks you get entries for various draws like prize packs, merchandise, game tickets, and more! Always loved going there during games, though it does get rowdy, but the staff and management are very well mannered and keep the rowdyness to a minimum!

Great food. Great service. Great employees. A tad expensive if you have a drink and dessert with your meal. Full Rack of Ribs is Awesome here.

Out of all BP locations in the city, this one is definitely a miss. Came here with my kids Saturday afternoon. Although the place was half empty - few tables we passed by were filled with dirty dishes and garbage (and it kept piling up on other tables as we set there). The service was rude and very unwelcoming. Kids pizza was overcooked with traces of burned crust. Bottom line, I'm not coming back to this location anymore.

We had a large party.we probably drive the waiter up the wall asking for trays. He was a great waiter friendly, on the ball, always smiling and accommodating.

Great prices. Good portion sizes.

I just wish the garlic toast wasn't so soft. A few of us at table agreed it better more toasted.

Always amazing! Never disappoints! I had the parmesan shrimp alfredo it was delic Order it! You won't be disappointed.

As usual, the service was excellent, and the food fabulous. Our "ladies lunch group" all enjoyed their separate lunch entrees and will go back again.
