I live in Niverville, and I could go to Pembina or St. Annes locations also but don’t. I always go to this location because it is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the manager here seems to care about the customer experience. Lucky is always there whenever I’ve been and he’s always guiding the staff. I think that’s amazing to see.

We had a bit of a mixup with our order for delivery but Manager Lucky went absolutely above and beyond to make everything right.

We came here for a birthday dinner and received great service. The waiter was very patient and understanding, and the food was delicious. The manager Lucky Singh was also very kind and brought us ice cream for the birthday girl and he was very friendly. Thanks for the great service!

My recent birthday celebration with a takeaway from Boston Pizza was absolutely fantastic, thanks in large part to Shawn (Manager) and Lucky (Assistant Manager). I had placed the order through my friend Jairaj Shroff who helped in communicating with Shawn and Lucky.

We ordered pasta, garlic bread, and starters, and every dish was a culinary masterpiece. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauces were bursting with flavor, and the garlic bread was warm and heavenly. The starters were a huge hit with my guests. Boston Pizza knows how to turn a takeaway into a gourmet delight.

Shawn and Lucky, the Manager and Assistant Manager, provided exceptional service that went above and beyond. They were attentive, accommodating, and their attention to detail was remarkable.

I would highly recommend Boston Pizza Kenaston for all occasions.

On July 29th our good friends took me my mother and grandmother to this restaurant for lunch to welcome us to Canada. The food was very tasty staff kind and excellent service. When mom couldn't decide which wine to order, the waitress brought a few to sample. We ordered pizza, wings and a burger - all dishes were brought to us in less than 10 minutes and were hot and tasty.
When the manager found out that we arrived from Ukraine and heard our story - she gave us a discount voucher for the next visit and was very kind.
Thanks to the manager and staff for the good service and nice gift and to our friends for bringing us here.

The manager Lucky Singh was serving our table and we absolutely loved his energy! He was super attentive, very friendly and overall a really kind individual. 10/10 dining experience with him as our server. The food was also delicious, so props to the kitchen staff as well!

We stopped for lunch on Saturday with our toddler and baby in tow! Our waitress Emily H was amazing, she was so friendly and she interacted very well with our toddler! Emily was quick to take down our drink orders as well as our food orders. Our food came out quick and delicious. Lucky Singh the manager also paid our table a visit and he was so sweet to both of our children he even gave them both a few toys to take home with them. We were at Boston pizza on kenaston tonight with our grandkids. Lucky Singh is an amazing manager. He promised Parker a free cookie if he ate his whole sundae! He did and then tracked down Lucky who didn’t disappoint. Love this place.

Great food for its price! Steaks and ribs were cooked to perfection. Pasta is ok. But the customer service, outstanding. All the staff were courteous and friendly. Sujo and Carrie, it was a nice experience dining there.

The food was good, Amazing service, and our waitress was super awesome when my 3 and 5 year old were being 3 and 5 year olds. The MGR Lucky Singh came by a few times and was great as well.
