Boston Pizza

Kristen L was a great server! She made sure we got what we ordered after it had been made incorrectly the first time. Even tho she was alone in the dinning room she was able to handle the the 6 tables that were in the dinning room. I give props to her as 2 of the tables were parties bigger then 6. It was very clear she should have had support on the floor but was able to make sure we were okay with the long wait time the kitchen had and the mistakes in our food. She is definitely a great member of this team! The rest of the experience was not up to the stander we expect from Boston pizza.

The service was very slow. It took over 15 minutes to get water and they only brought enough for half of the people at our table. The server seemed overwhelmed and distracted. It was very loud and we had to repeat our food orders because she couldn't hear us. It would have been less stressful and time-consuming to cook our own meal.

Food was half decent. And Jaymee was a great server. I do find it strange how she always had sunglasses on top of her head.

We ordered 2 medium pizza’s for delivery and asked for extra sauce. Pizza came and was so dry there was almost no sauce whatsoever on them. I called in and spoke with the manager, Matt and he was so lovely and understanding. Replaced our pizzas in less than half an hour and they were delicious! Well worth the price!

I didn’t know they’d have a DJ on the patio! What a lovely surprise! The food was sooooo good and the service too!

Worst experience, the Boston on portage is too good and the staff, never coming back, we were waiting for 15 mins to order our dessert but no one came so we had to leave, too bad service never had this kind of experience at Boston pizza.

Food ok. Most of the staff are rude. Apparently not only my experience either, cant believe hearing the stories of how they’ve treated other patrons as well.

Its been delivery or take out due to covid.only once was our order missing something. I would have given a 4.5 if I could have.

Wow, fabulous experience. The food is great, the staff make sure you feel safe and comfortable, and the service is unparalleled. Great place to go for supper!

Great service both in restaurant and for delivery.food portions are great, somehow we manage to get a couple meals out of it.

Best location.huge parking option.independent parking avail too. C. S.is good too. It's take more efforts to maintain name so keep working on that

Was a decent experience but a little lackluster. Our server was very bubbly and kind but slow to take our order. My girlfriend had the Alfredo pasta which the skimped out on the sauce and some of the pasta wasn't cooked all the way through. I had wings and beer. The beer was fresh and you could tell that they maintain the tubes for draughts. The wings were filling but overpriced for the amount.

Finally able to return to Boston patio. The service and food was excellent as always. Also was nice to see some familiar faces. We were very impressed with the new normal procedures. They have done an outstanding job ensuring their customers and staff stay safe. I felt completely safe and relaxed. Looking forward to another visit very soon! Great job everyone.

This was our first time going to this location and we went late at night. We sat on the restaurant side as the people in the lounge were quite loud. They could still be heard on the restaurant side. Service was friendly and prompt. Restaurant was very clean. We shared a caeser salad, I had the chicken parm with vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes, my partner had wings. The salad lacked dressing so it was a bit dry for both of us. Partner said his wings were good as usual. The veggies and garlic mashed potatoes were void of any seasoning (including garlic), butter or even salt. I was surprised. Chicken parm was good, not great. The meat was tender, the sauce on it was just alright. I know we could have asked for more salad dressing or to change the side dishes and the restaurant very likely would have done so. We were just so hungry and tired from moving all day that we didn't bother! So I'm not unhappy with the experience, I just wouldn't recommend ordering those side dishes. I'd come back and order something else.

Ordered pickup. They made a few mistakes with the order (it was New Year’s Eve and one of their busiest days) - but were super accommodating to remedy the error. They delivered the correct items within 5-10 mins of my pickup. And were super apologetic on the phone, and via the delivery driver as well. Food was great and as expected for BPs. Excellent recovery and will certainly order from them again.

This is the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time! I had the pineapple beet goat cheese salad and it was gross! Old lettuce, bitter dressing and a hair to boot! Way over priced and disgusting! Don't go here if you want anything good or Italian! Just terrible!

Went to my first restaurant as COVID settles down and I went to Boston Pizza Charleswood. I have to say the customer service was amazing. It was dinner time and busy but the fast service was phenomenal. My server was great, and it was awesome to see the cleanliness and action that’s taken to protect customers and staff. Also hand sanitizers at the entrance to the restaurant made it feel safe. Highly recommend Boston Pizza Charleswood. Thank you!

Love BP. We buy the kids meal cards because it makes it very affordable to eat here. The food is always good. The service is good too.

Edit: Spoke with the manager, she was very accommodating regarding the quality. She did a great job handling the issue.

I ordered the spicy chicken burger and it was awesome. Credit goes to the chefs.

The always evolving BP menu. Kids pizza with a side and dessert were a huge hit with my toddler. The missus did an Appy lunch - bandero bread and the onion rings with a little siracha punch.
I tried a new pizza off their thin crust collection with the arugula, Roma tomatoes, goat cheese et Al. Delicious! The drizzle of balsamic played a nice sweetness against all the cheese and tomatoes.
Great service and great ambience. Well done!

Watched the Bombers win the Grey Cup while enjoying a Boston Royal Pizza and Alexander Keith's (on tap and nice and cold).
Finished with Berry Cheesecake and Coffee.

Great neighborhood sports bar. Service is friendly and efficient.
