Boston Pizza

After reading many of the positive reviews at this Boston location. I sincerely have to add my name to the positive reviews as well. I was a regular at the downtown location before and that was a good experience, but I would rate this location even higher. (I moved back to this area) The management and staff are very friendly and professional. They will always acknowledge me, greet me etc.even if they do not serve me that day. They all dress professional. I have gone other places where they seem to only want your money, no interaction, then get out and leave a tip. The total opposite here. The food is really good. I want to stress I am not related or friends with anyone here outside of the business. Andrew (directer of marketing) is also a class act. Have really enjoyed going to this location up to this point.

Bartender was rude. He assumed I took another person’s drink and said he shouldn’t be serving me. My fiancé and I have been waiting for a bartender to serve us for 20 minutes right before last call. We won’t be coming here again that was the first time I was treated like that as an Indigenous person.

The service and food quality was good
Server was very prompt on getting the orders filled and keeping drinks filled.
And staff dressed very professional.
Manager was very good at making sure staff was busy and keeping tables looked after and bussed.
With her experience in the food industry she knows how to look after staff and customers.

Service is great and we loved our server. They were very accommodating to our grandchild. The food is "meh" just prepared frozen food that you could make at home. Very flat.

I have been to several Boston Pizza restaurants but this one on portage ave i find to be tops. Service is great food has been excellent. What more can i say if you get a chance go

Delicious three ways "Chicken and Mushroom fettuccine " pasta for a wonderful birthday celebration with yummlicious chocolate explosion cake.

We were here on Saturday Night and the service by all staff was amazing. They took the time to interact even with the younger ones. They made the event better by their caring service.
Would like to point out one server in particular. Cory when asked by my elder uncle where the washroom was took the next step and said I will take you there. That is so much more than customer service that shows her character. You are blessed to have such an amazing young lady working for you

Our waiter was really excellent as well as kept our party in a joyful happy mood by cracking up the odd jokes food as expected and the drinks were amazing

We went on a Sat afternoon & found the place extremely noisy. We couldn't even have a conversation with our guests.
The place was filled with children's sports teams. I guess you have to be careful of what day you choose!

We had an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the food hot and made to order, and both managers, Kris & Jason made a point of stopping by our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Now that’s service!

Absolutely excellent customer service from the servers, bartenders and management every time as they treat you with the best service possible. Definitely coming back always.

Excellent friendly service. The food was delicious and the chocolate explosion dessert was incredible.

We had the meat lovers pizza which is our regular favorite, Kids had the chicken fingers and pizza kids meal. Service was good. The visit was a pleasant experience.

Last night I came out for a treat with my cousins and the service was great. The manager Jason Karpa came by a couple times to make sure everything was good and refilled our drinks for us. We always enjoying coming here and I will be back soon!

The pizza was barely warm other meals not any better, service was great. Room was very loud hard to hold a table conversation.

I highly recommend the steak sandwich it one of my favorite lunch menu items I try and go at least once a week for lunch.

Amazing. Manager was so great. We only had an hour before we needed to leave. She put a rush on our food and asked her fastest waitress to look out for us. We were done eating in 30 minutes. Amazing. Will be back. Oh and food was great to!

I found the spicy sausage too spicy, but the service was friendly, and our meal came quickly.

Dinning with young kids can be challenging at the best of times. This Boston Pizza has quickly become our families “go to”. Reasonably priced and the food is always consistent. The kids food is always out first which as most parents can attest too is a really big deal. The main reason we continue to come here though is the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Jason (i believe the manager) is incredible and you can see he has rubbed off on his co-workers. He always makes our groups feel special. Even after spilt drinks, food on the floor and the odd fussy eater, we have always been made to feel we are welcome back anytime. In a time where customer service seems to be a lost art, this BP has it figured out and we will keep coming back! Well done!

I ate here 2 days the servers were great but both meals were missing some thing. I ordered The salmon Poke bowl And the avocado was missing. The next day. I ordered a beet salad it was pretty much missing all the beets. It had a couple of shredded beets! It was basically lettuce, feta, pineapple is a very poor salad. Others order the app platter and the cactus cuts were soggy and stuck together. Why did u go 2 days? It was convenient, service was good. Food not so great

I have been to Boston pizza birchwood twice in the last couple weeks. Once with my young family in the restaurant and once with some friends in the lounge. Both experiences were so great. The service was amazing. Both times a manager came by our table to see how everything was and filled our drinks for us. The servers and managers at the restaurant all seem to work so well together and it definitely shows on how it’s run. The food was great. The restaurant was clean and tidy. We tried food both times off the new feature sheet and it was so delicious. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again for sure.

My wife and I go to Boston Pizza every pasta tuesday. Kristin always has our wine and salads on the table waiting for us before we arrive. She makes us feel like family.

It's the place to go and have a gamely night or just out with friends my favorite restaurant only thing I don't like are the burgers but that's just me
