One of those wish I could give less than 1 star posts.
Ordered a bedding set with quilt in it online for store pickup. The manager got it for us from the back and brought it out in a big bag, so we never actually selected or saw the set.
Went to use it the very next day and immediately could tell that there was something wrong with it. Clear package it was in was all taped up, there was dirt in the package, and when I opened the flap there was a hole in the blanket. That was all without even taking it out of the package.
Wasn’t keen on driving across town to address it, but went to the store, one day after purchase. Asked to exchange it, they didn’t have any. Asked to return it, they refused, against their policy. They were not saying it wasn’t already damaged or opened, they agreed that it was, but would not take it back.
Only option was store credit, which would not do because I never intend to shop there again, or exchange for something that I don’t want. So we exchanged it for an another set that we didn’t really like but no other options.
How can you sell your customer a damaged item and not take it back? And clearly this one had been opened so they did take one back at some point. Plus they said their system cannot do returns on bedding, just unable to do it, but when the manager had problems processing an exchange he did a return instead (and then a new bill for the new item), so there is that too.
I do not recommend shopping there, I see more reviews about other damaged items as well.
Update: thanks for your response to my complaint/review. Basically how to say "We don't care" without saying it. Thumbs up.

Store is absolutely gorgeous. Get lost in there for hours. Pricing is amazing, staff is so friendly & welcoming. My new favorite store for literally everything now.

Worst customer experience ever, yes tried to reach out to your team but can't get thru because you have a terrible call queue and no one can get through to a human and people in store know nothing

Love this store, the atmosphere and the quality. We will be back to purchase the boys Playstation items for our son's room.

An amazingly wonderful shop that is beautifully arranged. A wide selection of decor in an inviting atmosphere. Super helpful and friendly staff. I am a male and I really like this store. Then you know it is worth a visit!

I love the items at this store, but come on how do you guys not offer free shipping already? It’s 2023 and time to get on the bandwagon. I’d probably purchase so much stuff if they offered it, but I’m not paying an extra $32 for shipping or driving an hour to pick up since you only have one location.

One of my favourite go to stores for home decor! Staff are always there to greet you when you come in. They are very pleasant, knowledge and willing to help out when needed. I needed a table runner and they no longer had stock at their store but offered to have one shipped to the store for me. A little on the pricy side so I try to wait for items to go on sale. Love how the store is laid out in themes! My happy place for sure!

Very frustrated that the hours on their website are NOT up to date. Wasted my time & gas going all the way there in the evening, to find they were CLOSED. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE WITH YOUR CORRECT HOURS.

It's extremely overpriced, but I have to say they have amazing selection of home decor and furniture. If you can get an item on sale - do it!
