I've been coming here (Signature Motors) for a few years now and have always been pleased with their service and workmanship. Straight-up and honest and very affordable labour. Great communication. Lawrence and Rob have always been good to deal with.

Cars not get well repaired, and display to me, and customer service is not considerate enough, in such cold winter when i arrive i can find entry, they didnt invite me to walk in, and i made 2nd phone call to them, and then i still waited outside for a long period finally someone waved to me. I go inside the office, however it has not finished yet, the car they prepared for me which has terrible smell inside car and surface of car didn't get repaired at all.

Last Saturday, April 01,2033, around 12: 20 pm, I just tried to ask a question from a man, ppl said that he is the worker there.
Even before my very first word, this man refused me no, no, there are other ppl waiting.
What? Just answer my quick question? Question was, are you registered with MPI for repairs. The answer was very simple. Yes or no.
He was very rude.
Don't go there.

We made an appointment with Rob to check out a car but Rob gave his colleague the job to sell the car about 20 min before we got there. We were driving almost an hour to get there, he made no effort to communicate to let us know what he was doing. Then when we got there, he told us it's sold, so we were very disappointed. Then we asked for the next car that may be available, andas we went for a test drive with the car, Rob just drove off without telling us that he was leaving early. Which he didn't communicate with us again, he said they were open till 2 and he left at 1.
Then when we came back we told by the owner what was going, and that he couldn't sell us any car and there was no one else that could to help us.
It was overall a very disappointing experience.

Great experience when buying my new car! Wasn't pushed into buying something I didn't want or need (like other places) process was super easy and Rob not only answered all my questions but also went over every detail on the contract so I knew exactly what I was signing.

I purchased a Chrysler Sebring on 2020. The price was very affordable for my budget as a recent graduated student who needed the car for a new job, however they weren't that honest I expected. Since I bought it, I have problems with the Heather Core in Winter, so the repair costed me $1200. The AC also isn't blowing cold air since the day I bought it (unfortunately, I bought it in Fall so I wasn't able to notice that problem). There is obviously a leak somewhere an which for sure, I would need to expend another $1000 or more I guess. It would be very helpful if you could be more honest with the vehicles you are selling. I would be able to paid more the day I got it if you asked me to repair those issues beforehand.

Highly Professional Team, provided the carfax when I went for a test drive and free 3 months warranty when I bought the car.
Slightly rude when it comes to pricing but they don’t negotiate the prices a bit like not even round off a few dollars which is good professionally, I didn’t like it though.
To my surprise, they provided some complimentary accesories with cars which were not a part of deal when I went to take delivery of the car, it was a great gesture. Highly recommended for good cars but just keep negotiation out of the deal.

Rob Boyce was great to deal with, straight up no games great pricing presented carproof safety with out asking let me go over the vehicle without him being the pushy sales guy. Settled on price took deposit, as was cash deal he gave me bill of sale t.o. D.safety so i could come back with plates and cheque saving extra trip. At pickup time had my plates on and out of there in minutes. Had a frozen starter issue no fault of anyone called rob gave me his tow guy number had it towed in thawed out ready to go the next day no attitude just handled it like a true professional. Would recommend Boyce auto to everyone! Great job guys

I recommend coming here no matter what your situation is, he was very accommodating yet very honest, but still willing to make a sale! The prices and payments are very reasonable as well. You sell lemons i dont recommend. This place takes advantage of young ppl who dont know what theyre getting. Numerous repairs by me as a mother in the end once the payments were done i was glad the boyce name on my sons truck got scrapped crumpled and done. Boyce does not deserve a rating.

I go to Rob for all of our mechanical needs and can't recommend a better company, anyone who will listen I always tell them to go to Boyce. The prices are always fair, I never feel like I am told I need things I don't, and he always finds the time to get my car in. I would highly recommend them to purchase your next car or for service work

We found the exact vehicle we were looking for way below the market price with low KMs and in good condition. There was a minor issue a couple months down the road that was dealt with professionally by Rob. We will shop there again based on all our interactions with this small dealership and recommend it to others.
