Awful service AND repair. Brought it in because car window had been smashed by a vandal. They took in the car and replaced the glass. All was good till two months later, the window won't go back up when lowered down. Okay, make the arrangements, get it fixed. All was good, until six months later when the window won't go up again. So, make the requisite plans to get it fixed, take time off work, drop it off, get picked up. Then, it happens again! Had to wait four days to get an appointment so I couldn't drive to work because thats where the vandalizing happened in the first place. Asked to be picked and dropped off since I couldn't arrange plans to have someone else do it. They said yes. Then go to drop it off and somehow they forgot they agreed to it. They did drive me back then let me know that it was ready. Asked to be picked up because at this point its ridiculous. The poor gentlemen on the phone who was actually trying to help had to try to get permission to pick me up. Came in his own car (felt so bad). When I got there the other people that were in charge there were so unhelpful, no compassion and straight up didn't care. On the phone they said they used after market parts and thats probably why it kept burning out but could order the part from the dealer, however it would be another two weeks. So they reluctantly agreed to order the part. Stayed tuned for my next outrageous adventure. Maybe they'll just break off the car door as the next solution, who knows?

Really appreciated the customer service I received today. I was about to do my road test and someone in the parking lot noticed my brake light was out and let us know if we were doing a road test that we wouldn’t be able to do it. Drove across the street and asked them if they could replace a bulb before a road test and they did it in 10 minutes free of charge.

Good place for auto body repairs. Had autopac repairs done recently. Repairs we're completed promptly and had vehicle back sooner than I expected.

The work done was quite good, very impressed and you wouldn't even know that I had an accident! There were some delays along the way, some that I believe could have been avoided/shortened but they were nice and did not charge me the extra for the better deductible on the loaner car. Overall a pretty good experience!

Had a wonderful experience at the Kind Edward location. Staff very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this location and if any work to be done in future I will be back for the outstanding service. Keep up the good work!

Had my car windshield replaced here. It was done on time, they were helpful, honest and upfront. They even cleaned the interior! Very happy would recommend

Had an Autopact claim and some minor bodywork repair I needed done. Dropped by and they got me in almost right away. Gave me a courtesy car and a great deal on the bodywork I wanted done which was unrelated to the Autopact claims. It was done before they said it was and they gave me back my car spotless when I brought it in filthy lol.

Super professional and the nicest staff I’ve dealt with in recent memory. Kudos to you guys for your awesome customer service. Will be back if I ever need any bodywork for sure.

These folks are amazing. They took me in right away. Got my rear view mirror put back in no time and they cleaned my car. Very friendly and they didn't even charge me. You guys rock!

Oliver helped us out and was so kind and friendly, my mom had to drop my car off for me as I was working during there hours and Oliver was kind enough to keep me informed. They also taped the window for me while we waited for mpi to estimate my vehicle so that I could still drive my car and not be cold.

Brought my car there for the rear bumper damage due to accident.they fixed it in a week and called me up to pick the car but when i went there i still saw scratches on it left unpainted, the rear bumper is not fixed right, reverse light wasn't even fixed.i went back and forth to the shop like 3 times i believe just to refix but still got a lot of scratches on the paint when they got it done.so frustrating!

These guys fried the electronics is the car. Tried to blame us. Took it to mpi and they made them fix it. They did not want to.

The front staff were friendly. My vehicle had minimal damage. I dropped it off and it was done a few hours later. Upon driving it home, I noticed that they had charged for a new part but obviously got one from a junk yard. I was not and am not impressed. When there is old paint on parts, it's hard to believe they are new parts. I won't be going back. I will be taking it to MPI for their assessment and to get it replaced with new parts.

I had my vehicle fixed a couple years ago here, and this winter it had to go back due to paint chipping from a poor paint job, - they fixed it. Which I appreciate.however, now I have another issue I went to inquire about.
I currently have missing clips on my drivers side and the plug missing by my tire and more paint chipping which eventually will go up my bumper. The manager there accused me of hitting a curb and I kept explaining how I did not, and he said maybe you didn't realize some don't. I said if I hit a curb I would for sure hear it and I always park leaving lots of room before curbs because Mazda's are really low. He said my bumper is broken when it is in fact not. It is loose due to missing clips because the other side is not loose at all. The bottom piece was dragging this weekend so I had duct taped it so that it stopped and to hold it up for now. He didn't even say a word to me until we got to my car - not friendly at all. I would not recommend going here and after my bumper got fixed I stopped. He said all the paint chipping was from hitting a curb, yet I don't have any scratches so I am sure if I hit a curb I would have scratches along with it - the paint is chipping exactly how it was before when I had to take it in. I was very upset leaving and only then he said he can put a couple clips in but the paint isn't their fault and is due to hitting curbs which I did not do. I don't know who is above this person either that I could of contacted because he was the manager apparently. Very poor attitude and very poor paint jobs done here. I can't speak for all Boyd's but I do not recommend this one.

The staff is friendly but they don’t pay attention to anything you say. Smiles and nods but their mind is not with it. They had my car in the shop for almost two months with only front bumper damage. Kristie had my number wrong multiple times when I clearly told it to her. She emailed me the full amount and when I came to pay, there was an additional $500 that they had not mentioned. They kept forgetting things, I had to come back so they could finish the things they had missed. They are not focusing on their job at all. It was a horrible experience dealing with them and I will most certainly never come back. I cannot stress that enough!

Came to Boyd after initially going to a competitor, who completely screwed up my claim by not being at my assessment at the scheduled time & then ordering parts for my car without ACTUALLY seeing my car to assess the damage. Needless to say, I took my business to Boyd who had great customer service from the start. They made the arrangements for my rental car, met with me at the appropriate time, on time, did the proper damage assessment, ordered the correct parts & fixed my car by the time they said it would be ready. Everything was in order & I had my car back within a week. Definitely recommend Boyd Autobody, and ALSO strongly recommend NOT going to D. V.

First off the people here are very nice and friendly. My experience here wasn’t what I had hoped. I took my 2014 Audi A4 here for repair on the rear side quarter panels. When bringing it here I expected it to be fixed to the way it was pre crash. It was estimated and they said the earliest they could get it in was 2 weeks which wasnt a problem for me. The courtesy car was fine as it had bluetooth audio and was good on gas and helped me commute to work as my car was getting fixed for a week and a bit. I got a call while it was there saying that its gonna stay a extra day because they wanted to make sure the paint was the same colour. Next day I get a call saying I could come pick it up and I was told by a very nice lady that I could bring it back if there was any problems I found or notice. When I got home I really checked it over, I noticed that the paint had bumps on it and you could feel and see them. Also part of the car was dented it and they pull pulled it out i guess but its done so poorly and you can totally tell that the body panels are uneven where they meet unlike the other side its flush and even. I got the car back and was missing a back carpet floor matt and my washer fluid was low? If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle for collision repair, I personally do not recommend here. I regret totally taking my car here.

The staff is extremely friendly but that is really where my positive praise of this shop ends.

I brought my vehicle into this shop months ago, and upon getting it back there was more damage caused to my car then when I dropped it off. Boyd has tried to be accommodating which I have appreciated but their lack of communication and up until this point the lack of actually completing repairs, from damage caused by the shop has been, and continues to be a true annoyance.

I originally brought my vehicle in for some door and rear quarter panels damage that was caused by some road debris. When I received my vehicle back about a week or so later the door and rear quarter panels were "fixed" but I had so many more problems when I received my vehicle back:
1) The passenger's quarter panel is either foggy/ or had the paint burned through when polished. There also appears to be polishing compound on the lip that was never polished out.
2) There is something embedded in the paint on the driver's side quarter panel.
3) Either the clear was burned through or there is over spray on the driver's side door.
4) The clear coat ran between panels, and was never cleaned up.
5) There is glass urethane on my passenger's door window.
6) The gaps are noticeably different on the rear quarter glass panels.
7) The interior plastic panels on the rear passenger side have cuts through them.
8) The interior plastic panels on the rear on the rear driver side have cuts through them.
9) The driver side rear quarter glass has a noticeably deep scratch on the exterior.
10) The driver side rear quarter glass tint was scratched up.
11) The window trim doesn't line up with the vehicle's contours, this looks like it is due to the quarter glass on both sides not being put back correctly, and shifting everything back.
12) There is polishing compound everywhere, in seams between panels, in the creases of plastics, and the inside of my car.
13) The side markers clips are broken, and don't mount to the body of the vehicle correctly.

And this list is only what I have noticed. Some of these things I would normally let go as I understand it just happens by accident. But the fact that these little things are all in addition, to in my opinion, are some major issues, that are a result of just carelessness (ie. Polishing compound everywhere, clear coat issues, stuff in the paint), really just frustrates me, especially when I was informed my car wasn't ready earlier due to there being quality issues. As far as I am concerned the majority of these issues are "quality" issues and I would have much rather preferred my car staying in the shop a little longer and me not having to deal with these issues months later.

In addition, their lack of communication throughout this whole process has been absolutely appalling and for these reasons, I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone requiring body work on their vehicle.

To date zero progress has been made on updating me on the status of required parts or how they plan on fixing any of these issues.
