Well can't say much great about this place. I won't shop here again. It's okay but there are other options out there

Overall terrible place! Started with a younger sales man (incredible guy! Only good thing about this place intel he left! 10/10 guy had nothing bad to say about him!) Sales manager swept in and kicked him out of the office. The tailgate randomly wouldn’t open so asked them to fix it before buying it. I normally remove my tailgate for my buisness so never noticed if it was actually fixed however I reinstalled it to go ice fishing 8 hours north (worked good at home) only to find out it had the exact same problem and my tailgate wouldn’t open again with all my stuff trapped under the tonneau cover. I was curious when I should trade my truck off km wise to take the smallest depreciation hit. I was told to come in for a meeting that they would give me a free tank of gas for driving in. I was put in a room with a guy from Calgary or somewhere in Alberta (wholesaler or something like that) that had more gold rings on his fingers and gold chains hung off his neck then I’ve ever seen in my life and almost forced to put my truck on an auction site. I never did get any answers on when the best time to upgrade it would be. My truck sat low so asked if a lift/level would effect my warranty in anyway and was told no as I had bought a very good warranty package as long as it was 3” or less everything would be covered no questions asked and they have a very good warranty guy that even if it is debatable he could probably force it threw. Took my truck in for warranty work and they wouldn’t cover half the stuff and then hit me with a bill for looking at. I’m sure I am missing a lot but I will never step foot back in this building ever again or be buying another Ram truck. (I waited well over a year to post this review incase I was over reacting at the time and it still makes me mad thinking about the treatment I received, lies I got told and everything about this place) I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Second time I’ve bought a dodge truck from dodge on Victoria Ave in Brandon, Mb. Excellent service. Went above and beyond to meet my expectations and needs. Very welcoming and accommodating. Would recommend to all First Nations customers. Thank you for the great service.

If you haven't had a test drive with Mopar Moffat over at Brandon Chrysler Dodge I would highly suggest it. BCD still had those Big City Deals, with a Small Town Feel.

The service department gets the job done when you need it done. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I took my jeep in on Oct 21st for an oil change, tire rotation and to prepair it for winter. I was looked after guickly and offered a ride home. The driver (Doug) was very nice and very interesting to talk to. I enjoyed our conversations. I was phoned when my jeep was ready and picked up shortly after that. My experience with everyone that I dealt with was exceptional. Thanks to all of you.

Me and my boyfriend were driving up from Ontario heading to BC, when suddenly our drivers side window shattered while on the highway very close to Brandon MB. This dealership was beyond helpful, ordered the window immediately for us and allowed us to store our Jeep there overnight along with our Uhaul trailer while they managed to squeeze us in for an emergency fix the next day and get the window done and we’re back on the road before 2pm. We were so beyond greatful and appreciative of everything they did for us, couldn’t of had a better experience. Would like to especially thank the wonderful ladies at the front desk, Dave, Brett and Doug! You guys were amazing thank you so much!

I was reassured my second experience would be better than the first, in fact it was worse! All was going well & I was super happy with the services & friendliness of the staff until I was in the process of a trade in, signed documents & then never received a call back on wether I was approved or not. Pretty rude considering I was the one who was contacted from the dealership if I was interested in selling them my vehicle & gave them my time & cooperation. I was excited for someone to finally help me get a vehicle to fit my family & was let down.

This place took a nose dive HARD when the management fell apart 8 years ago when they hired that control freak micro manager, and the subsequent idiots that filled his role, including him being let go and hired AGAIN to only do the same bs again.
BUT - redemption comes now as they have a manager with experience as a tech, and is turning it around for the better. I reluctantly took my car there for tires and left feeling really good about the changes that have been made. Service was great. People friendly. And most of the idiots that brought the place down are gone. Including the manager that everyone knows I am referring too. And I am talking about the Manitoba dealership, not Florida.

Bought a truck and ten days later it needed work; the exhaust filter was so plugged up it had to be manually regenned. This is an issue that comes up from city driving yet I had only driven the truck (ecodiesel) on the highway. It was clear that the build up had been from before I bought the truck. Initially I paid full price to get it fixed, but once I complained about the issue, the manager was quick to refund me fully for the service.

We flew all the way from Nova Scotia to Manitoba and drove my Jeep back. It was worth it and the staff kept us with them. The Jeep that i wanted was only on 2 locations. First in New Brunswick and second in Manitoba at Brandon’s. We are dealing with Brandon Auto… it’s just because of their customer service and the way they took care of us.not formally but emotionally as well. Ad i owned a jeep before but lost it in a car accident and i was so emotionally determined to get my jeep back.

My wife and I had our Radiator go on us, while we were on a trip to Brandon. Jon Pike a salesman at Brandon Dodge at 3250 Victoria Ave. Helped us from start to finish, he treated our whole family from mother in law, my wife, our daughter and myself with nothing but respect. Never once did we feel pressured in any way, at all through the whole process. We live in Brooks Alberta, and we will not have any problems to travel back to Brandon Dodge in Brandon Manitoba to deal with John Pike again. 10/10 in our books.

Terrible communication with this shop. Any time I heard from them was on the account I reached out to inquire about my car. My car was in the shop for over 2 months and while working on my car they found further extensive damage.again heard about this when I called in to inquire after not hearing from them in 3-3.5 weeks. Would not recommend and definitely will not be giving them any of my future business.

Bought a truck in October was told the ac works!
Tried it in the spring and compressor is shot! Wouldnt give me anything but come in and we will look at it for $300 and maybe give me half off the service. Plus we live by Winnipeg so it's a 3 hour drive and where it's cheaper to fix it at my local garage without any discounts! To add to it a few weeks after I bought it the side steps bent from just my weight on it! Again same thing come to us and we will look at it!

It’s the BEST place to buy a vehicle! Only place that will get our business! The staff are all fantastic and so friendly! Everyone there helps you and they all work as a team. I especially love how no one pushes you there and they give you the BEST deal. They really go over and Beyond to help you out and make you feel comfortable. Mike Hildebrand you are WONDERFUL! Purchased a vehicle here a few years ago and it was great. Went back a few months ago and found the staff and manager to be very disorganized and rude.

Virginia was very unprofessional, rude, and just out of line. She does her best to avoid her costumers, and stay low key. She doesn’t do her part whatsoever. This was hands down the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m just disappointed to say the least.

I used Jeff Ritchot to buy a few vehicles now. Always delivers as promised and answers all my questions. Very comfortable dealing with him. Highly recommend giving Jeff a call if looking for a new or used car.

Came to brandon chrysler to look at a Ram and my husband Brad said that they were very helpful but felt it was overpriced and the deals on the trucks were not very intriguing. We ended up buying a Chevy from Murrays and are very happy with it!

Their shuttle service is only relevant to people who are employed in 9 to 5 jobs. Someone who needs to have a ride waiting to be at work for 6: 00 a.m. Is SOL.

Very dishonest repair shop. Brought my car to get looked at after my power steering crapped out. The said it would cost about $1200 to repair. (Probably tried to trick me because I’m a young woman) THANK GOD I got a second opinion from another shop (they said it would be a maximum $500) they ended up being able to charge me $211.
If you need work do to your car go to another place and save your money!

For not expecting to buy a new vehicle, Tanner, the sales consultant and Rhiley, the finance manager worked with me to satisfy my vehicle option needs and finance desires. This quick trade-in and purchase was a breeze and I love my new Ram 1500 Laramie!

Had my engine replaced under warranty, wanted to see the failed part while it was on the hoist but was told thats Chryslers private info even though I paid of 50k for my truck. Fire wall liner got torn on engine install, front bumper got scratched when it was removed. Darryl the service manager said he will call me but never has. Body shop replace the black out tapes between the door glasses and had to take it back several times. The girl in the bodyshop said she will have the manager call me because they are still peeling after just being replaced but he never has. No one ever follows up or calls back at this dealership. I asked them what the warranty was on the new engine and they said its out in two weeks, called Chrysler and they said its two years for sure and the dealership will provide that info. I called them and they said they can't provide we with it, so who's job is it? Customer service is non existent here.
