Terrible customer service, associates point to different sector and no one actually assist you, you have to complain to everyone at the store to have someone to help you.

Was greeted when we entered by nice girl behind til.and she was pleasant and smiling all through interaction.

I just can it's a good place with great service and too many products that help the community to get what they need.

This place has the best staff, I go here often, and they are all so helpful. Good job guys!

I worked at a Home Hardware in Ontario as a teen and feel significant affinity to the brand, but I just can't love the local store. Ordered some steel roofing a few years ago which was an absolute fiasco, and the staff were so grumpy about cutting keys for me recently that the person in line behind me commented on the atmosphere. They went a little further in that key transaction to make sure I never come back, which was a extra sad.
