Brian Reimer Audio

Staff were friendly and knew what they were talking about. But they didn't have the item I needed and they didn't offer to get it for me. So I guess I'm buying from Amazon. Would rather buy locally, but not if they don't want my business.

10/10 experience will definitely be back for anything I need. I had my 1964 Ford Thunderbird in for new speakers, head unit, and 1 12” sub. I also supplied the speakers and head unit and there was no issue. Was done in 2 days I think and was talked to through the process of it all. Also brought my Jetta there to get a new fuse and fuse holder. Len and I did it in the parking lot in like 10 minutes. Customer experience was beyond great. Will always recommend them

I have not personally had an experience with Brian Reimer audio. However, I am totally blown away by how they treat their employees. This is truly a special place.
The level of care, consideration and investment they making their employees it’s truly remarkable.
This is something that is extremely rare in any business. It speaks volumes about the ownership and leadership team. It also speaks to the skill set and the value of the employees/technicians. (Keep up the great work Keith!)

I'm not big on the trend to big box retailing of hi-fi gear. This is one fine establishment I'll return to.

Awesome service! I had a car starter installed by Colin, install was extremely clean. Sales people are super friendly to talk to, and aren't pushy, they are more concerned about selling you what you need.

Went in for a basic car audio upgrade. Just needed a new digital media receiver since old one was very out of date. Did it for almost 200 cheaper then other quotes I had. Did a good job and unit has been working perfectly. Would recommend anyone go there for reliable car install. Friendly staff - cheers to Colin.

Just a heads up the car audio guys working there seem to be out by 5 or 6PM (even though rest of business open longer) so if you have questions specifically for them go or call during morning or afternoon. This was a few months ago so may have changed.

Will consider buying some other tech here as needed. Nice to have a local place with good prices.

Requested a remote starter for my car.

Not only did they do a great job installing it, they also redid the cable management for my dash camera.

I have been dealing with Brian Reimer Audio for over three decades. There is not a better audio store in the city! Advance Audio is a distant second. Walter is incredible and the entire staff are experts in their respective fields. Colin "crushes" it in security systems for cars.

Been dealing with Collin with some custom laser cut panels and he gets the job done right everytime! Everytime I go into the store everyone always seem up beat and very friendly!

Great service, fair prices, no pushy sales. I took my old Chevy Cobalt here for years when I had command start/electrical issues. They've always charged a fair rate, always were up front when they needed to be, and have always been super helpful and informative regarding what needs to be done.

Brian is so awesome! He listen to your needs and finds a product that suits you. Can you believe a salesperson that listens to your needs. Love it
