Bridgwater Heights - Broadstreet Properties Ltd.

I've been living in Bridgwater Heights for just a month, but I already regret my decision to move here. Let me describe just one of many situations. A week ago, my washing machine in the apartment broke and flooded the unit. I contacted the site manager, and a technician was sent to my place. He confirmed that the washing machine was broken and said he would fix it. He came for two days but couldn't repair it. Since then, I've been calling Broadstreet Properties every day, and sending emails, and every day, I receive the same response: "Your washing machine will be repaired by the end of the day. " However, no one shows up, and nothing is done. It's now the second week without a washing machine in my apartment, and it's evident that Broadstreet Properties has no intention of resolving the issue. Now I have to find a communal laundromat while I'm renting an apartment with a washing machine.

I strongly advise against renting from Broadstreet Properties.
