Worst immigration in Canada
I went to bright sky in December to apply for my wife work permit and mine after refusal. They applied my work permit without even asking my refusal letter as due to some issues my former work permit was not being applied and even MPI knew when I went for driver licension extension that you were out of status and refusal letter comes separate for each applicant despite their relationship. These guys without bothering about this applied my work permit while I was out of status for 4 months and starting explaining and arguing when we went to them for their mistake. These were preserved for further legal action.

Also after that they misguided me to stay in Canada and we will put Web forms and apply for TRP to make their money from me through different ways. Anyways if would have believed them I would be DEPORTED from Canada till now as by my efforts I went through dozen of different immigration lawyers I LEFT THE COUNTRY and got my PR after inquiries from immigration officer.

Now they are NOT RETURNING our Work Permit immigration fee as it went through their card and we paid them prior. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS FRAUD IMMIGRATION ESPECIALLY FOR COMPLEX CASE THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING IE niTHEY ARE NOT UPDATED AND DONT EVEN ACCEPT THEIR FAULT

Such a bad service, Highly not recommended. One of my friend got service from them, He got refusel and they didn't tell him. After 5 month they told him that you got refusel, and for 5 month they made him fool and wasted his time. Also, They used his money for more than 1 year, right now, there are not returning his whole money. Don't go there, if you want to go on right path.

Definitely not going to refer this consultancy to anyone! You don't know how MONEY MINDED they are! My bad luck I referred this place to my friend but she is very much disappointed!

She was trying to apply for her bridging work permit last week, she cannot get into the website due to some network errors! She had only a week left to expire her work permit so I suggested her to seek help from this person! She actually phoned and asked then they said to come down his office to check. Anyways she went there with her ALL DOCUMENTS READY, THE ONLY THING she said due to some error in answers or with the website she couldn't complete her application as she was in the middle of the application.

They didn't even check her account well, then suggested to apply through their PORTAL. OKAY COOL! We never expect a FREE SERVICE! But how come you guys charged $150 for just uploading documents? For sure, you can charge a REASONABLE FEE FROM A Client especially a NEEDY CLIENT! This is too much for your less than 10 mints job. You didn't even do anything with her application! NO PHOTOCOPIES, NO SCANNING nothing‍️ Do you think it's FAIR! Very bad experience! Think before You Go!

Well, you still saying that's fair? OKAY! I know every consultancy has a fee that they will charge for their job! My question what job you guys did with her APPLICATION? U know very well how simple it is to apply for a work permit? Very few ppl depending you guys to do that! Hence I am not gonna go for an argument in that matter, as I mentioned earlier she was ready to apply for her work permit with all necessary documents, double-checked herself and her friends who applied themselves before!

Yes for sure you have to cover your side but do it with honest arguments! What did you say? Your staff spent an hour with the application? She actually wasted my friend’s time! Ask her how she deals with it, please! You know some people are in their needy situation ppl can easily take advantage of them! That's what exactly happened there! Yes, I know how to deal with a service provider and she also knows as she educated enough for that. Thanks for your advice! But still, I am saying that IT WASNT A COMPLETE SERVICE APPOINTMENT! IF SHE (your assistant) MENTION IT BEFORE SHE DRIVING all the way down there from the south end of the city, do u think we prefer YOUR SERVICE?
