We had our well pump fail on the weekend. Ryan was at our place within the hour to diagnose the issue. He presented us with options including some upgrades we requested, and we had a new system installed by the evening. High quality equipment and a very professional install. Ryan was prompt, thorough, and patient as we worked through the decision.

I'm very impressed with Ryan. He is obviously knowledgeable in his trade. After he found and fixed the problem he wasn't satisfied until he ran my furnace through many cycles to verify that it was fixed properly. Not that I'm anticipating any future problems, but, if they do arise, I now know who to call.

New furnace installed today - these guys were great, very knowledgeable. No question was ever too much and walked us through everything we need to know and set up the thermostat with detailed instructions for us. Appreciate how respectful they were of the home and cleaned up after they were finished. Can't say enough how great they were.

Brown's service has always been reliable and high quality, and I've used their services for many years now. My technician Hayley was fqst and skilled and able to make needed repairs on site or provide a quote for future repairs.

Marvin was very professional and efficient. He answered all of my questions and explained the different parts of the AC unit. He noticed wear and tear but said it didn't need to be replaced right away. This is exactly what you want when getting maintenance done, what could be a problem in the future and not being pressured to fix or spend money when it's not needed. Very knowledgeable and friendly - highly recommend!

Rudy was professional, informative, and very conscientious. I appreciate that he left the work area clean and tidy. I will definitely use Browns again.

Steph was very helpful in answering all questions and was very patient with us. He did not rush, he checked everything thoroughly. We would definitely recommend him being first time home owners!

We had Steph come and do a diagnosis of our heating and cooling system. He was great, extremely knowledgeable, explained everything so we understood it! Highly recommend! We then had Dylan come and do a hot water tank install and he went through our whole plumbing system! Very happy! Today we had the pleasure of Ryan and Marvin. They did a new furnace install and A/C install.very professional and kind fellas. They left the place looking like it did when they arrived! Everyone at Browns Plumbing and Heating have been fantastic! Highly recommend! Haley was wonderful, she came and did a maintenance check for us. She explained a few things and left us reassured!

Our installer was very pleasant to deal with. While I was at work the he was very respectful to my wife and answered any questions she had. Very knowledgeable and professional, wouldn't think twice about dealing with them again.

We signed up with Brown’s MVP program in the last year. We’ve had our furnace repaired, maintenance on our a/c and now replaced the hot water tank. We’ve been impressed with their team of professionals and the value they present.
It’s certainly reassuring to know we can depend on them to resolve issues quickly, when they come up.
The MVP program certainly provides peace of mind knowing we are priority when we need them.

07/01/21 - Dylan did an amazing job. Our central air was completely frozen. He had it up and running in no time. We are extremely happy with the service. And the fact that he was friendly as well as professional was an added bonus.

07/24/2021 I'm very happy with the repairs that Stephen did on my central air. He did an amazing job. He was very thorough and he explained everything that was wrong and how he fixed it. I really appreciated that, and also how polite and personable he was.

11/24/22: Hayley did the maintenance on our furnace today and we are extremely happy with her performance. The work she did was amazing and we found her to be friendly and outgoing.

Marvin fixed our furnace for us-he was kind, professional and courteous, and had our furnace running again in no time! Thank you for the excellent service!

Dylan was on time, and very helpful! When he got here I asked him an unrelated question to why he was here and easily, with a smile on his face answered my question and helped me with that separate issue. Browns was the first company to call me back and make my outdoor faucet problem their priority.

The tech, Marvin, arrived on time and we discussed options for the outdoor faucet that was cheap and ineffective. I appreciated the straight forward chat about repairing it or having a new installation. Really glad I choose the new installation route with his assistance.

The outside faucet looks great and professionally done unlike my plumbing work. Call the pros to do it - highly recommend Marvin from Browns plumbing.

BUYER BEWARE: In Manitoba, a company can ask for a deposit for the work that they are to perform. They do not have to return your deposit if you cancel order. Brown's Plumbing and Heating does not return deposit. It cost me $500.00, but I'm still saving hundreds of dollars dealing with an above board, reputable company, on my ac unit and hot water tank. I will never deal with a company that requests a deposit again.
Look for Brown's on the BBB site. Guess what? They are not members.
If I could, I would give these guys a negative 5. Be careful out there.

We had issues with our water pump so suddenly had no water. Brown's was responsive and fit us in as soon as possible to assess the issue. They were able to come the following day for repairs. Their service techs were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We got excellent service and felt the bill was fair. We will use them again. Highly recommend.

We signed up for Brown’s VIP program about a year ago. You never quite know what you’re getting with a plan like this, usually it’s a rip off. For $28/month, this is a great value! Yesterday Rob (from Brown’s) came to do our fall maintenance check. He was here for a good hour and did a thorough check of furnace, all plumbing, water softener etc etc. He was very patient and answered any questions I had. This was the same experience we had in spring with Dylan who did our spring maintenance check. Brown’s has good, honest employees and you feel like they genuinely care about providing good service! I would highly recommend this company and their VIP service to my friends!

Our service tech Marvin was very courteous, professional and considerate. He inspected and tested our furnace for the winter and our sump pump.

We feel good knowing that going into winter, that we should have reliable heat.

The technician was very kind, polite and knowledgeable. When issues were found with my hvac he took his time to explain the issue and what would resolve it. Very pleased with the service and have been a proud customer for over 10 years.

Ryan did a fantastic job of looking at all the issues I wanted to discuss and not only showed me the problems, he showed how to prevent them in the future.

We bought this place (a 40 yo house) last year, so we don't know the history for the plumbing and sewage. With Ryan's help we now have a much better understanding of how it works and how to keep it working in the future.

Though we tried desperately to solve our flooding smelly basement ourselves, at midnight we had to acknowledge the fight was lost and admit defeat by calling in the professionals. Steph swooped in and worked tirelessly throughout the night, saving us from our refuse filled heck-hole so fast that our littles didn't have to miss their bath to wash their breakfast oatmeal out of their hair. No thanks to the previous house owners who thought that Jimmy rigging septic pumps was a good idea, and all the thanks to the hero of this story, Steph. Browns, Give the man an award.

Ryan was very professional. He shared quote options for exterior tap replacement and details of the maintenance membership. He answered my many questions regarding changing our bathroom faucets and replacing a main floor shower with a tub/shower combination. At no time I felt pressured to choose one option over another. I had a plugged toilet that I just couldn’t fix on my own. Marvin fixed it in a couple minutes. He also checked to make sure the rest of the plumbing was working and unplugged the basement shower.

Outstanding experience! Well pump failed and lost water pressure. Technician was on site within an hour and diagnosed the problem. Replaced the pump same day (on a Sunday) and had water back online mid afternoon. Professional appearance and approach. Asked if I had any questions multiple time. Signed up for the MVP program as I plan to continue using them for future services.

Rob was simply fantastic. Not only was he here to help, but he also taught me so many things. Highly recommand Brown's plumbing, and Rob.

Water softener repair, was advised that our system was not working correctly. Rob suggested a new system that would save us 75% of salt. Service that was provided by Rob was fast, professional and very educated. Strongly suggest!

New hot water tank fitted today… use these guys all the time… they’re true professionals… wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Travis showed up in a timely manner and was very friendly upon his arrival. He was very friendly to our 4 year old who gave him plenty of conversation while he was working. We had no water in the house when he arrived and when he left our water was working again. He identified the problem and provided solutions that we could choose to move forward with. He was knowledgeable, and was able to answer several questions I had about our water pump and well. We will be using this company again if problems arise in the future!

The phone was answered quickly, and the conversation was handled with precision. A very reasonable time frame for an appointment was set. A return call from reception, offered a day sooner. Very nice. Ryan appeared on time and politely and efficiently gathered the details of what was needed for repairs. He offered a number of potential upgrades, based on facts he gathered. The work was completed in a respectable time. We have confidence in Browns Plumbing and Heating.

Marvin our tech was phenomenal: he did a thorough check and service of our AC system, and explained everything to me. Also, I like the new system that Brown's now catalogues the numbers they test on the system from year to year, so that next year you can compare and see where things are at.

Ryan stopped by today to do the maintenance on our A/C System today. He was very professional and friendly and we are very with the service.

Was very impressed with Ryan and Marvin who came out to install a brand new air conditioning system into our house and a a i r filter. I have health issues and they were very courteous, polite and explained every detail to us. Very professional and if I have any issues I would definitely call and ask for Ryan and Marvin.
