We've used Brown's plumbing & heating for our A/C, furnace, and full replacement of our water softener system.

We're the second owners of the house, but the people who built it also used BP&H.

The other day I woke up to a burning smell in the house. It got worse as the day/night went on, but I couldn't tell where it was coming from.

My husband located the smell when he got home from work. Turns out the plastic on the wires in our furnace were melting. We shut off the furnace.

Ryan came out right away the following day. He was very knowledgeable, kind, personable, and polite.

I'm an introvert and don't like interacting with strangers, especially in my own home. I've also been battling an autoimmune disease, which makes me utterly exhausted.

The aesthetic of our house has suffered. It takes me a long time to finish chores now. It's embarrassing.

However, Ryan was a pleasure. I didn't feel uncomfortable, and I didn't feel judged. He laughed at my corny jokes lol and tolerated my cat (who was being a little sh*t), with a smile.

Our furnace is running perfectly!

Very professional and knowledgeable service! They went above and beyond to find a new sink that suited our space and needs perfectly, even though we needed something really specific to make it work; they kept looking for the right product until it was just the right thing. They also did a full complementary plumbing check-up on our whole house while they were there and answered all our questions. Our tech Ryan even helped us fix up a couple of other small plumbing issues while he was out which was above and beyond our expectations. It's rare to find such a commitment to service anywhere that compares to this. We would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I thought our sump pump had frozen, turns out the pipe out side had frozen. Ryan looked after everything for me. My husband is truck driver and my biggest concern was I didn’t want this happening again and I wanted a worry free solution. He was a success in providing that. Awesome Customer service!
