Please run. They are bullies who slam doors in my face, but it’s my word against theirs. They refuse to respond to emails, call me a liar, even if I’ve loyally paid my condo fees for years.

The owner is worse, making up excuses for her employees or offering unsympathetic apologies, claiming that I’ve misunderstood them.

They like to play the victim and make people think they are a good company, but I’m not exaggerating.

1) laugh in the faces of condo owners
2) refuse to fix water damage for months on end because they could jot find the source of the leak
3) called a liar about entry and exit of my home
4) broken plugs in the parking lot
5) neglected parking lot cleaning
6) crumbling stucco for years on end
7) lack of water and told I have it when I don’t
8) no carpet on entry for the past 8 years
9) building beginning to crack and sink on the exterior

The list goes on and on. So please, do yourself a favour and stay away from Brydges.

My condo is located at 835 Keewatin Estates. These women are disgusting that run this sham they call a property management company. They failed to send me an email about pest control coming in and then when nobody was home as we were not informed they went ahead and changed the locks then called to tell me of the cost. They are crooks. They do not respond to emails or calls. The woman Holly and also Reesa should be retired. Holly in particular needs to find a new pastime rather than harassing condo owners.

I wish there was a dislike or similar stuff instead of even a quarter of a start for them! They literally take your money and stare at your eyes and say that’s what it’s!
I am not sure if there any organization or government who audits them! Such companies are not seeing themselves responsible that act like this!

I feel like a hostage inside my own place.
It looks like that when they send an email and you don't reply, instead of meaning a clear "NO" to whatever they are offering, it means that THEY WILL ENTER YOUR CONDO WITHOUT YOU CONSENT AND DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TO. Also, if you have restrictions like you work from an office and you need to know when something will be done, you can forget it. You have to be available for the length they need to do their service. It can be one day, or even 3 days. They don't make appointments.
The door in the picture looks like this since I moved in, in March. We are in August. There's no date for they to paint this door. I asked for the color and brand of the paint because I was going to do it myself but "they will take care of it" (onde day).
They forgot to take the condo fee from my account for months. I realized the mistake and tried to negotiate so they wouldn't take 4 condo fees from me at once. It didn't work out. They took the money without my consent. I canceled their access to my bank account.
I'm still waiting for a visitor's parking tag. It has been months.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CONDO COMPANY.
Where do I even begin. Firstly, if you try to contact them, they won't reply until you follow up, and at that point you’ll still be waiting a few days for anything. And good luck having them help you out with anything besides a weekly grass cut and snow shovel in the winter. We had weeds growing tall in our back yard, and they refused to trim them down for us, despite the fact that we pay nearly $400 for condo fees, simply because “the previous owners installed rocks, which took away responsibility from them to handle yard work. ” See some photos below of what they think is acceptable. We asked them to point out where in the contract that is stated (followed up multiple times), and they never gave an answer. They also refused to fix doors, doorbells and fences that were previously not up to standard in one way or another. Overall, just a terrible, useless, cheap, pathetic, joke of a condominium company. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Very difficult and closed minded to deal with. Slow to respond to emails with all kinds of excuses, " Oh it must have been sent to my other email address ". I'm so disappointed with them.

Too bad you can't give zero stars for this company. Nothing but headaches and runarounds. Once you get ahold of someone who says that they will help you, it usually ends up being empty promises or you're given vapid excuses for why they can't help you.

My experience with Brydges Property Management is as a condo board member and resident owner for many years. Brydges has been an important part of our corporation being able to proactively plan for and implement successful projects, and adapt to and address challenges as they come up. They bring technical expertise and professionalism together with pragmatism and compassion to dealing with many, many different challenges that can arise in a multifamily building.

Brydges respects, supports, and implements direction from the board while following all bylaws and requirements under the Condominium Act. At the same time, they are proactive and creative in identifying, developing and proposing options or new ways of doing things to produce better results, often while simultaneously saving the corporation money. This in turn leads to better service for owners and residents. Some examples include design and construction of common area upgrades, communication and document management for owners, exterior capital project completion.

Being on the board of a condo corporation, and even being a resident in a condo building, can be challenging in big and small technical, financial, and just dealing with other people, ways. Thankfully Brydges has made all of these areas more manageable with their hard and soft skills, dedication, and reliability.

Brenda and her team have always gone above and beyond to help us whenever we encounter a problem. They address any issues promptly and resolve them. Very effective property mgmt company and wonderful people to work with.

Building has been without heat for six days in -30 degree weather and now the water had to be turned off because SURPRISE pipes froze.

Brydges used to be OK but they have gone downhill since they started hiring former managers from Stevenson (McCorrie, Williams, Berry). Our condo building is well acquainted with these 3. They were all complicit in aiding a totally ineffective Board (prior to June, 2021) by keeping terrible staff in place, not providing proper fiscal management, not listening to or acting upon legitimate owner concers, etc. One of these three signed a 5 year contract to keep terrible staff employed on the last day of the old board's term. She then left Stevenson a couple months later before all this was exposed leaving the new board in a very difficult position. Hiring unscrupulous staff says something about the quality of this company.

They are horrible ppl do deal with.they don’t return emails.there’s black mold on back of walls.squirrels in the buildings, very poorly run management company! Wish we never bought this condo.
