Very friendly service, the salesperson that came to the house, she was very polite helpful and not pushy. Service was quick. The man that came to install was as amazing and cleaned up after him self.

Had a consultation booked yesterday afternoon, no one showed and no one called, guess they didn't need my business after all

After my initial consultation there was zero communication. I had to contact Kelly Lewis to order the blinds. Placed my order in August. Got my blinds in October. I emailed and texted Kelly. Never responded. When I called the office I typically got the voice mail and never had a response. When I happen to actually have someone answer the phone she was helpful. My blinds are installed. The installer was very friendly. I am happy with my blinds. Service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them. Kelly needs to go

We just got our new blinds and are so happy with them, they took around 5 weeks to arrive. Installation was quick and nicely done. Would highly recommend using this team for all your blind needs!

Ive gotten 3 room darkening roller blinds from them.
The purchase went very smooth.
From the in home visit for choosing what I was looking for, to the ordering, to the installation.
They were very accommodating for the hours I was available.
Can't say enough good things about them.

We went to budgets blinds for vertical blinds … we dealt with Angelika she was great! The blinds were in ahead of schedule…I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds the prices were reasonable as well

Price was right, the selling process was simple. They come to you. We had an issue with some incorrect vertical blind slats wrong size, it was corrected no payment was asked till product arrived,

Kelly was great to work with, knew his stuff. We ended up choosing roller shades that still allows light to filter in even when closed. Of course with supply chain issues, it took a bit longer for the product to arrive but that’s at the fault of no one.

Once we finish off our renovations in the house, we will definitely work with Budget Blinds once again.

I ordered "crisp linen" cellular shades in the honeycomb style that are cordless and have the top-down/bottom-up ability.

The shades are stunning looking, were exceptionally cheap - priced against a few competitors - and had quick delivery time with even quicker install.

Kelly, the sales rep I was dealing with, was very helpful, accommodating, and polite.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Budget Blinds again.

Hours are terrible. Staff person was not wearing a mask during mandatory mask wearing. We will never shop there again.

We recently required warranty on cordless cellular blinds which had been purchased 4-1/2 years ago. The window had 3 panels with 3 separate blinds. When one of the blinds broke, I contacted the office on Henderson Highway where the blinds had been purchased. After explaining the situation to Angelika, she immediately responded that all 3 panels would be replaced under warranty. I did need to go to the showroom to choose a colour as the previous colour had been discontinued. When I arrived at my appointment time, Angelika had my previous order paperwork pulled so it was only a matter of a few minutes to pick the new colour as they had all the specifications on the invoice. The replacement blinds arrived within 2 weeks and we are so pleased with the new blinds. We are very impressed with the professional and no hassle replacement, and will definitely do business here again.

Firstly, I have never used this blind company. I was planning on getting some new blinds. I'm glad I went to the internet reviews before I did business with them. They have quite a few negative reviews - and so I want to say "thank you " to all the folks who took the time to review this business. You helped me make my decision. I will go elsewhere.

Recently purchased a custom blind, it was delivered on time and was not damaged. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We are so pleased with the end result and process to get to it. The sales rep provided great advice, knows his products and timing was as estimated. The installer was friendly and patient with us, and did a perfect job of installation. He even came back a couple of days later to make a tiny change that I wanted to the remote control stop point on two blinds. I would highly recommend as this is our second time purchasing via Budget Blinds; delighted both times.

After using Budget Blinds for 3 previous residence we have experienced a very slow response and overpriced quotations for our fourth residence. Decided now to go with one of their competitors.

Budget Blinds provided us with a quality, custom fit blind at an affordable price. Everyone we talked to, from the office staff, to the sales/fitment representative, to the installation professional were great to deal with. Nobody made us feel rushed into a decision or tried any pushy upselling that sometimes accompanies in-home sales professionals. We are extremely satisfied with the level of customer service we received and wouldn't hesitate to have them provide other window coverings and highly recommend them to friends and neighbours.

The product was fine, but not what I ordered. It was supposed to be
a cord pulled vertical blind. Instead they sent me a wand pulled vertical.
Make sure you get everything in writing. Now they want to charge me
More money for a different track. Not HAPPY.
