Budget Car Rental

Front desk is VERY rude, not helpful at all and will not admit to their mistakes. Poor communication between call Center & actual company as their words do not match at all. I will NEVER book with budget again

Worst rental experience. Roadside assistance and the calls to customer service suck. The run around and the calling multiple numbers is ridiculous. In Canada and given the USA call center who then had to put us through to Canada. Had a full tire blow out after an hour with vehicle and then getting another car was an awful process. DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET they do not know what they are doing.

We waited for almost 45 minutes to pick up vehicle. There were at least 25 people waiting for vehicles and there was 1 employee. She said there had been a line up for the previous 2 hours. As a customer, our time was not valued. They need more staff and when customers are left waiting they should come forward with some sort of compensation.

0 stars, didn’t have car that I booked, car that I got was filthy on the inside and was completely out of washer fluid, attendant was not helpful at all, look as though he just came from the gym, in his black jogging pants and green hoody, was more interested in his cell phone then helping the customers at the counter. Will not be back!

Very easy rental and drop off experience! I received a good rate from the Winnipeg Airport and was very happy with the experience and the vehicle I received.

Just finished a trip to Winnipeg and rented a Budget car for 5 days. Nice vehicle, clean, started every time in -27 degree weather. Pleasant staff to pickup and drop off, good pricing. Thanks, I will use again in the future. John

Budget had the substantially lowest price at Winnipeg Airport for our rental period. Check out and return were both quick and easy. There were some minor paint scuffs that were not recorded at time of pick up. I took photos and had them added to the damage record before departing with the car. No shenanigans or surprises after returning the car, as I have personally experienced with some Budget franchises in other cities. Would use this location again without hesitation.

Picked up/drop off car from the Winnipeg airport. Staff super friendly, helpful. Process flawless. I booked through Costco travel as best deal.

Had a fantastic experience renting with Budget at the Winnipeg airport. The car I received was clean, comfortable and well maintained and handled the brutal winnipeg roads with ease. The employee I dealt with for both the pickup and the return is a true credit to Budget’s team and should be viewed as the gold standard as to how an employee should interact with a customer. Just incredible service, amazing price and zero hassle. Will be renting from Budget exclusively from now on. See ya later Winnipeg U Drive.

I don't appreciate the fact that I am billed for gas after I filled the tank and it was confirmed by the agent at the time of my return. I was informed that there will be no further charge.

I booked with dollar car rental at airport, my airline Swoop same as usual delayed couple hours, we arrived bit over 12am and dollar car already closed, Budget and Avis still open, I got some important meeting next morning so I paid again to budget car rental, I ask the stuff why you guys still open, he said he is waiting for a customer who taking same flight with me.
I give Budget and Avis car rental double thumbs up！
