Buggy Bath Car Wash

I normally have a good experience here, knowing it is pricy, I always watch my time and bring a coupon to subsidize the price. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. As a regular customer, the routine has always been that I drive up to the exit and the attendant takes my ticket and coupon from my car window and then brings back the debit machine. Today, I did this usual routine but I waited a bit for the young man to put his phone down then he stood at his office door and looked at me. I looked at him waiting for him to take my ticket. He then motioned for me to "come" and while I looked perplexed he said "you are going to have to get out of the car" while looking annoyed at me for assuming he would come to the car window. I then put my ticket down, undid my seatbelt made sure the car was in park, got my wallet, and proceeded to approach the office door. In the process, the ticket slid down between the seats and I wasn't able to find it. By now people were lined up behind me and the young man proceeded to be unhelpful, I asked if he had a flashlight (I didn't have my phone with me), and he rudely replied with a "no" and shook his head like it was a ridiculous request. I informed him that he was very rude and he replied by becoming more agitated with me and said "I don't have time for this! " Instead of offering a solution or helping me look for the ticket he continued to stand there and watched me look under my seats. I then gave up as I lost the ticket and asked what he wanted me to do at this point, he then decided to charge me for 20 minutes (I had been there less time, as I usually track my time there). I was so upset for being treated so poorly that I paid and left.
Unfortunately for me, this was an isolated incident here at this location, the staff are usually courteous and friendly, and I am in and out in no time and without rude behaviour. I would have only given 1 star but the 2nd one is for the usual good experience.

One of the most expensive self-serve car washes in Winnipeg!

22 and 1/2 minutes cost me $33.80 which averages to $1.50 a minute. Plus — get this — that's charged time for being in the building with your vehicle, plus actual time washing. Driving into and out of the bay? That's gonna cost ya. Remove and reinstall vehicle mats? You pay for that. Recoil the vacuum hose? That's on your dime! To rub it in further, the wash stops every couple of minutes and you need to walk back to the console to press the green button to resume the wash. It's an absolute SCAM that adds time and cost to the customer. Extra profit for the owner.

As the average per minute cost of self-serve in Winnipeg is around $1, better value can be found anywhere else. You won't have to pay for being in the building either.

States they are open till 10pm…… staff packing up at leaving with 3 cars outside waiting at 9: 34pm. Open sign on when I pulled up! Never coming back! Owner clearly don’t care to make money or staff are straight lazy

Ridiculous rates. Paid $15 for 9min, I didn’t even use the soap today. Just rinse. I literally paid only $8 for the entire rinse-soap-rinse-dry at City Car wash.

I paid $6 last time just for simple water wash, less than 5 min, but today they charged me $14 for same wash.

Kids love car washes! So I thought I'd bring them along. I was unaware I was being charged by the minute so I let them help me. They loved it. We did an ok job, because.kids. When we were done, it cost me $44.60. That is outrageous for a self serve car wash. I won't be going back, kids or not. What a disappointment.

They are looting people’s hardworking money. They are even charging when I am not using their machines. Charged $30 for just 15 minutes.
Worst people ever!

Wow! I have no words to explain how AWFUL this carwash is! My garden hose is better and I stopped after 2 min it cost me $7! And it was nice to see the "gentleman" that crawled out if his moms basement took the time to pull his shirt down and put down the chips when I explained the poor service. DO NOT GO HERE!

My go-to car wash. The staff are friendly and the prices seem reasonable. The ticket machine has been broken for a while, but the staff track how long you are in and you pay at the end. It’s a good system that doesn’t rely on cash or tokens.

I generally don’t comment or review but I really had a worst experience here.
I don’t know how they charge, they charge me $40 for cleaning my car by myself for around 25 minutes. For $40 I can do my car detail from others.
They are robbing in the name of car wash.

They don’t even deserve one star.
Way too overpriced, they charged me $51 for 20 minutes wash. I pressed the button like 5 times (soap, hot rinse, vacuum). They will charge even if the machine is not operated. There were not clear instructions that how they will charge even the Notice board is not clear.
$51 is not a joke, with that much I can get the gold package from the other car washes.
I did clean all the car by myself and at last they charge me $51.
I won’t be coming again here.

They charge you on your way out. 18.40$ for a 10 minute wash definitely wouldn't recommend. Might as well go to the chamois for the price they charge!
