Have been shopping here since it opened. Good quality products at reasonable prices. Helpful staff. I think Kim has been there since it opened.

They have the best roasted peanuts in a shell in Winnipeg. They all taste roasted and very few bad ones.

Love this place! Whether you're looking for bulk sweets and chocolates, or stocking up on pantry essentials this is a great place to do so for less money.

Bonus points that they let you bring your own clean containers to reduce the amount of waste when shopping!

It's such a great shop for a zero-waste shopper like me. I found many many stuff I otherwise have to order online and receive large quantities (that I might not use up in time and end up throwing away) with lots of plastic packaging. I can buy in any quantity I need and bring my own container. I love it! I hope they will expand more and have more variety in the future.

Huge disappointment.waited in line for 20 mins.they were working on called in or on-line orders.looked like 3 employees in store.not friendly at all.could have been at least curtious and said just working on some orders and give at least a time frame. 4 people walked out of store before I did.you would think they would worry more about getting customers out of store as fast as they could instead of line getting bigger due to covid cases in Winnipeg right now.

Social distancing efforts were good, wish I could’ve “shopped” around more as I’m not familiar with all of the products they offer. I was able to get some things I needed. Although, I appreciate the social distancing practices they have in place. Just not the same experience as before which is understandable.

Very nice shopping experience, the staff is very nice and the product is cheap. Will make to there again!

I came into the establishment 20 minutes til when they closed.all three workers individually came up to me telling me that they were closing soon.it was so rude, unwelcoming and aggressive.i am so unhappy with my service here.

Who doesn’t like Bulk Barn? It’s a good place to pick up candy/snacks, small quantities of spices for recipes, flours, molasses, dried fruits, nuts, etc. I’ve also found some specialty items here (e.g, Brown Rice Syrup). There is also a sizeable selection of cake pans with popular cartoon shapes and whatnot. Apparently, they also let you rent cake tins for a daily fee which is clever, in case you want to bake your son a Darth Vader shaped cake and have no interest in owning such a kitchen accessory for the rest of your life. Parking is plentiful at the strip mall.
