I went there today and old lady was working there. She us very rude. I think she is racist. There is a way of talking she should learn that.

I come here semi regularly and have never had a bad experience. They've got what I want and at decent prices. The employees have always been friendly. I enjoy walking around seeing what new products they have in stock and have never felt judged for grabbing only one of an item to bring home and try.

Hi, i usually dont like to put negative reviews about people but i also work as a cashier and i know how to treat customers so today i went to this location near about 3: 00 pm and we were treated so bad i cant even imagine like why we were treated so bad by that senior lady who was working as a cashier. She was so rude came to us and took all the boxes from our cart and started saying ohh you cant use boxes and we were like why she was like no no you cant use it we charge extra for them and i was like ok we will pay for it and she threw boxes into our cart. I think she should not treat people like that.

Worst customer service ever. The cashier (senior lady) was very rude as I asked her regarding 2-3 sprinklers and she replied- have u looked at any or just asking me -check it first and I am not getting paid for this order so lookout your self.

September 29th at 9: 00 the store just opened. My grandad went in to grab some things and he was 1 of 2 customers in the store. He was waiting a while and the staff were standing at the checkout talking to each other and not paying any attention to him. My grandad took one step just to see the option of nuts as he waited (not touching anything) and an older lady yelled at him from across the store that “you can’t go past the line! You have to stay behind the line” my grandad tried to explain to her that he was just taking a look while he was waiting (cause he had been waiting a long time at this point) and she kept yelling over him. It was about 10 minutes before anyone helped him. My grandads experience was awful and he will not be returning. Before they moved locations he said he had never had a problem with staff.

Poor customer service, and didn't seem to care about their job. Will not be returning, sadly this was my FIRST and LAST ever experience in bulk barn. Thank you very much

Very friendly place. New rules for covid means employees need to scoop your items for you. This i think actually helps with a lot of seniors. May need to be patient as there are only so many employees on hand. Great place for alternative sweetners like Monk Fruit.

Wanted 2 items one cashier open waiting on a customer I lined up a safe distance behind for my turn. Another lady lined up behind an empty till. When cashier was free that lady went rushing up and the cashier said to me you need to line up there and indicated where the other woman was. Nothing said where to line up Obviously that woman was a regular customer with many items so they were chatting about many things then there was a price issue which involved talking to another staff I had no more time to wait so left my 2 items on the counter and left. No one even acknowledged me. Won’t go back

One of the staff has to walk around with you when your shopping, they put the stuff in the bag for you, kinda feel bad for him or her if your just browsing

Good selection of candy.baking supplies. Many different types of Flours for all of your needs. Place is clean.

Horrible manager. Does not know how to talk to people. Her tone of voice is bossy not polite. Very clean store but I will never go back.

I’m not an expert but I think you’re supposed to dry the bins before filling them! They are wet inside and most of the spices are rock hard because of the moisture. And then some spices are mixed half way through? I don’t understand what happen but
