Haven't been here in ages. Nice selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches. Nice staff.

"24 min drive thru. 3: 50pm.
* Ask for ketchup, get mayonnaise in bag.
* huge language barrier
* absolutley, no mannerizams.
* poorly run restaurant.

Very bad if you like hair in your food by all means come to this lovely restaurant. And when we call them then dont bother picking up.

This place is my go to. But today they found my stolen phone and held it in the office. Thank you so much for finding it and saving it. Lots of love!

Super happy I was able to order a bunless Burger since I am trying to reduce my carb intake! Now, if I could get vegies and dip instead of fries.perfection! Yum!

Paid for the MW promotional meal, was told "Nothing we can do" after they failed to provide the code on the receipt.

The drive through could be improved to decrease waiting time, but otherwise a solid experience.

Today, I ordered chicken nuggets and they tasted so incredibly bad. The oil must be old and rancid and they tasted like they were dipped in pure salt. They looked overcooked, strangely twisted and dehydrated and smelled awful. I think the cooking oil is not being changed, easily the worst fast food order I have ever had. Threw the nuggets straight in the garbage bin after one “nugget”. Made my stomach turn. Yuck!

I had breakfast of hash brown and apple pie which were well done. Decent coffee and clean tables/chairs. Brilliant customer service by young Filipino chap.

My drink wasn't what I asked for, burger was dry as a desert tomato on the burger wasn't ripe. Very disappointed not the burger king burgers I remember.

The new pretzel burger was terrible. Would never tell anyone to try it, should of stu k with old faithful. Whopper with cheese

Went through drive thru.
Menu board was offline so ordering was a lot harder to do. Asked for freshly made mozzarella sticks and when we got them they were definitely not fresh. Not sure when I will be back there.

The Whooper was yummy. This restaurant was busy Aug 1st, I got there behind 5 large groups but the staff got me my order within 10 minutes. Awesome!

People working here a rude as hell, your food sits in there warmer for 10 minutes and when you ask about your food they don’t know, no people were wearing hair nets and they were touching fries and burgers with there bear hands! Also people with beards should wear a hair nets, there is other store that do it so I don’t see why they can’t!

Go there Wednesday otherwise don't waste your money. Actually the 2 whoppers for 8 dollars is a good deal too.

The cashier tried taking my debit card from my hands instead of just being patient. Then afterwards refused to assist me. It's 2022, I'm unimpressed.

0 cutomer service. I wanted roadhouse burger and they gave me beef roadhouse burger. Apon confronting they said its my mistake that i said roadhouse burger but it is should be their responsibility to ask which one you want because there are 4 in menu. Even if there were a mistake almost all food chains would help the customer and give what customer wanted but they said "No" cant do anything about it. I wish there would be no star option.

Doesnt answer phone and can only keep one employ on at night shift. This disgusting the food is cold and everything is dry. Asjed heavy everything and not even a drop of kethup

Given multiple opportunities to give the benefit of doubt, and EVERY single time half the order is missing via delivery. How hard can filling an order of 4 whoppers and 2 fries be?

MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT AFTER YOU PAY FOR YOUR ORDER.

The employee working drive-thru just now did not ask me if I wanted to donate $1 to their students program.

She also did not give me my receipt until I asked for it. I asked for a copy of my receipt because how much I paid for did not match the total she told me through the intercom.

I got charged $1 for the donation that I wasn’t even asked about.

I have no issue donating, I have before. However, I cannot accept donating through a restaurant/company that operates like this.

I wonder if this happened to others.

I had Receipt “Order 12” on Wednesday, October 13th 2021 at 8: 44am.

I order 3 meal combs with 2 fries and 1 poutine. Even, on the receipt it states Poutine then also my order was incorrect. When, I reached home and attended making 5 calls to the store but no one picked up, even though the store is 24 hours opened. Not even a single reply back. Worst service!

Today, I ordered lunch from this location through door dash. When my door dash driver delivered my food, it was missing a big part of my order. When I messaged my door dash driver, apparently the staff at this BK was being rude to him and did not want to give him the whole order when he brought up its missing something and he left as he was getting frustrated with how lazy and rude the staff were being to him. So I decided to give them a call my self and a staff member was also rude to me in the phone call rather than admitting their mistake. They did not want to talk about it or discuss their service and said "this is not our problem anymore talk to doordash'. Due to frustration for not being able to have lunch, I said thank you for their bad service now that I don't have lunch" and the staff literally said "you are welcome" and hanged up. My door dash driver also let door dash know how he was treated.
